PIRE EXPÉRIENCE!!!!

Mais quelle expérience désagréable à cet endroit! Je commande 2 lamajoun à 3$ chacun. La dame me demande si je veux des légumes. Je réponds que oui, je demande donc laitue, tomates, navets & oignons. J'arrive à la caisse, 14$! Je ne comprends pas. Elle me dit: tu as demandé des légumes. Je n'ai pas demandé c'est elle qui m'a offert & elle ne m'a pas avisé. Elle me répond très sèchement: « Tu crois qu'avec légumes c'est juste 3$?! Vois-tu des légumes sur la photo?! » Je lui répond que je ne savais pas, je ne suis pas une habituée de la place (chez Subway par exemple… On ne me charge pas extra pour les légumes sauf avocat… en précisant que c'est extra!) Elle me lance presque le sac & elle me dit de m'en aller. Sans payer. Comme si je ne voulais pas payer! Mais je voulais payer! 2x 3$! Elle s'énerve & va enlever les légumes de mes lamajouns. Je lui répète qu'elle n'avait qu'à le communiquer & on en serait pas là. D'autant plus que 4$ pour ces quelques légumes, c'est abusif! Elle me remet mes lamajouns, me tend la machine interac & elle me dit: Alors c'est 2x 3$ plus la taxe. Les taxes tu connais ça?!?

Plus jamais j'irai à ce commerce. Jamais on m'a traité ainsi. Ces gens ont vraiment besoin d'avoir plus de respect pour ces clients qui font rouler leur business…

Tout les employés sont corrects juste elle s'occupe du cash elle vraiment nulle son comportement est bizarre elle pousse les clients à partir & de ne plus revenir vraiment 0
