For some reason they seem to dry out quickly, so make sure to keep in fridge or even freeze them once at home if you won't eat them in the next 48 hours. A minute in the toaster bring them back to their perfect taste. I recently tasted their fatayer (triangles with spinach), probably the best ones I tasted.
