Super service de Noémie pour notre dîner d'affaires. Belle adaptation du menu pour respecter le budget. Livraison à l'heure &, surtout, nourriture totalement délicieuse & bien présentée. Portions généreuses !
We had a Peruvian lunch catered with the BARRANCO side of the AIMARA menu (their menu is GREAT). The service from beginning to end was spectacular, on time, professional & kind. The quality of the food was outstanding & this event i planned for my coworkers was a hit. 10/10 everyone adored the food.
Even the delivery service was on time (in winter), & the food was scorching hot upon arrival. BIG PROPS to Victoria for the planning & menu choosing, & Juan for the quality in delivery with a smile & kindness. WILL def work with them again. HIRE THEM!!!!
My only downside: 📸 i wish we took more pics but we were too busy FEASTING on the yummy Peruvian buffet.
The service was premium & we had great communication with the catering company. The soup we received was a little salty. The rice of the main meal was a little hard & the meat to rice ratio was a little off. The dessert was delicious.
Très beau rapport avec Aïmara, le Théâtre Aux Écuries était ravi. Tout était délicieux & la collaboration dans notre minuscule cuisine s'est très bien déroulé. On recommande & on revient dès notre prochain événement.

We requested Aimara Peruvian Catering for a funeral service, & their team exceeded all expectations. They took care of everything with professionalism, compassion, & personal attention. The food was authentic & delicious, & their service combined high quality with a very human touch. Truly exceptional in every way.
We organized our 75-person wedding in partnership with the Aimara team - it was the best decision of our wedding, second only to choosing to marry each other!
I will not lie, I did try to recruit Noemie who acted as wedding coordinator as well as her right-hand woman Victoria, more than once as I never want to stop working with them. They are incredibly organized, professional, thoughtful, & engaged. The creativity & care they brought to every task elevated our wedding in ways we could not have even dreamed of, despite the many hours spent looking for inspiration.
The only thing that could compare with the excellence of their day-of wedding coordination services is their catering & bartending services. EVERY guest raved to us about how delicious the food was as well as the drinks, not just during the wedding but in the days & weeks since! Many said it was the best food they've ever eaten at a wedding.
So many of our guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to - which is truly a wild thing to hear! I know for ourselves, Noemie, Victoria & the Aimara team created an incredibly magical wedding experience that I hope all brides & grooms get to experience.
As a professional project manager, I remain in awe of how well the Aimara team manages complex events, leaving all stakeholders deeply satisfied! Truly, I cannot understate how exceptional they are & would recommend working with them for any kind of event, as the team handles any & all challenges with elegance, grace, & excellence.

If there was higher than 5 stars, we'd absolutely give it to the Aimara team for the exceptional work they did organizing & catering our 75-person wedding. People will not stop talking to us & to each other about how magical the wedding was & how much they loved the food! I wish I could drink the signature cocktails & enjoy the menu they created for us every occasion. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!
They took care of every aspect of the wedding, including coordinating with vendors & managing logistics for decorations, alcohol, & important set pieces. Thanks to them, we were able to enjoy every bit of the wedding without an ounce of stress which is a miracle in & of itself!
I really appreciated how responsive & supportive the team was, especially of requests from my wife & family. Noemie, Victoria, & the team did an exceptional job at making our vision come to life - & in many cases, exceeded anything we could have expected. Truly gave us a wedding beyond our dreams!

Aïmara était le traiteur pour le mariage de notre fille la semaine dernière où nous étions 73 personnes. Des bouchées servies à l'apéritif au buffet, tout était remarquablement présenté, absolument exquis & nous n'avons eu que des compliments. Nous tenons à remercier très spécialement Noémie & Victoria, leurs coordinatrices, ainsi que toute leurs équipes en cuisine & en salle qui ont été au-delà d'exceptionelles!!! Toute leur attention à tous les détails ont fait que ce mariage à été une fête vraiment magique que tous on immensément appréciés!
