Very pretty new location. Service was slow (looked like they were short staffed). Dragon ears were delicious. Should have ordered individual rolls instead of the set sushi for 2 which was just ok.
New location lacks the level of ambience that the old location had. Very ordinary. It takes away from the high quality of food. It was an experience before. Not you go just for the food & put up with the ambience.
Service was good but in our case it would have been better to serve us more platters at the same time. That way, we would have all been eating together as a group.

OMG! This restaurant definitely needs more stars then 5.... It's a 10 stars 😊❤️. Renee & David are the best in the world. Customer service 10/10 & they are so pleasant & accommodating & so attentionate. We love that place & go every time we are in the area. I recommend to anyone this restaurant. Aikawa is the BEST sushi place, you will never be disappointed. Enjoy!! ❤️❤️
I've always liked Aikawa, & the food is great, but the staff really dropped the ball this day. There was a delivery or something & all of the staff was behind the bar unpacking, talking, etc. & we waited for quite a long time to order. When we finally called on someone, there wasn't really an apology but we felt kind of like we were imposing. I like this restaurant, I will be back for sure, but just something that you should know. It wasn't the most positive experience & should not be repeated, especially if I am bringing important clients to your restaurant. thanks, see you soon.
