Family & I got a chirashi poke. For 21$ you have a pretty large bowl with very diverse proteins & veggies, most poke bowl I had usually pack the whole thing with huge amount of rice but I was happily surprised that it was not the case here. Fish tasted fresh & seasoning was on point.

Update: This was two years ago, I was excited to reorder as I was passing by montreal, but unfortunately it seems that the quality went down a bit, especially some ingredients weren't as fresh. What happened?

Good seems fresh & tastes great, however.. tone of the workers (an Arabic speaking female) was extremely loud, using their phones to watch reels of something in full volume, having loud personal conversations with people they know on phone & in person who came in. It was really unsettling.
Also, there's dimmed lighting in the washroom, & it was filthy.

Amazing poke bowls! The saumon one is very fresh & delicious & the fried chicken one is very crunchy & tasty. Would totally recommend.

I've tried a plethora of poke bowl places in mtl & this makes the cut. Great place to get poke bowls. Salmon & Katsu bowls were both savory, fresh, & had a lot of ingredients added. Only downside is a bit pricey. Good service.

I had the Katsu chicken poke bowl. It was fine, the chicken wasn't very good quality for the price compared to everywhere else in Montréal I've eaten. It wasn't homemade coated either It tasted like it was pre made. The ingredients weren't very fresh but I did go towards the end of the day. The rice was pretty average. The quantity of ingredients wasn't the best it was too heavy on the lettuce & not on the rest of the ingredients

This is easily the best poke you can find in the area. The ingredients are super fresh, & you get a ton of protein like salmon & tuna for what you pay, way more than other places in the plateau.

Really great poke bowl! I had the Saumon Flambé & it was delicious. Very fresh, very flavourful. Staff was polite & helpful.
My only recommendation would be to cut the lettuce from this bowl. In a bowl this good it takes away more than it adds.
