I was looking for a quick lunch spot this week & love Poké so I thought I'd try Ahi Poke Laval. The reviews were so high & positive. I had the mixed salmon & tuna bowl & although the reviews are true with the portions, it's more of the rice & salad than the actual fish. I also like building my own bowl & they didn't have toppings like ginger, kimchi, crispy noodles, tempura, roasted peanuts. The service was ok, & the price was probably the highest I've seen for a bowl at a fast food restaurant ($28).

Best poke I've had in a long time (since I lost my favourite poke place)! My all time favourite is the salmon flambé. The ingredients are fresh, the two sauces are delicious & so many wonderful toppings including my favourite: fried onion bits. We'll definitely be back! Also, the lady making the food & serving us was an absolute sweetheart. Should have asked for your name. Thank you! Worth the stop (or delivery/ take-out)!

Most poke bowl places I've been to get away with serving less than a single portion of protein, but I watched in wonder as Ahi Poke kept piling more salmon onto the bowl in front of me until it reached the amount I would serve myself when eating at home. Wife, friend & I all left completely satisfied with our meal & hoping to come again!

I have gone to this restaurant & never got sick as the last reviewer describes when having the salmon poke bowl. In fact, I have food allergies so I must be very careful with what I eat & the restaurant has always respected my requests & provided very good service. The portions are bigger than elsewhere with lots of veggies & a great tasting sauce & in my experience has always been fresh.

I enjoyed my meal but I couldnt taste the salmon, it had no flavor. The sauces & toppings were good, the rice was good, the portions are big & the price isnt bad. Staff is friendly
