Review Summary

Accio Cup is widely recognized as a charming and cozy destination, popular for its high-quality, Asian-inspired desserts and unique, visually appealing drinks like the strawberry matcha and tiramisu latte. Many visitors find the atmosphere perfect for studying or socializing due to the bright, welcoming environment and reliable wifi, though the space can become quite crowded and the background music is sometimes perceived as too loud. While the majority of guests rave about the consistent excellence of the menu items, occasional inconsistencies in drink preparation and quality have been noted. The establishment is generally considered moderately expensive, yet most customers agree that the delicious offerings and pleasant vibes make it a worthwhile spot to return to repeatedly.

The food is legit & beautifully presented, & the atmosphere is cozy & chill. The prices are also very reasonable.

I usually leave 5-star reviews, but unfortunately the service could have been better. I ordered takeout, & my order was simply placed on the counter with no carry-out bag, just the dessert box, & the milk tea wasn't bagged either. When I said'thank you,' the staff member handing me my order didn't respond. There were only a few customers in the store at the time, so it was nowhere near busy. Later, I asked if there was a trash bin, & they simply pointed to it without saying a word. I thanked them again, but there was still no response.

I've been to many Asian dessert shops & restaurants in dt Montreal, & I've experienced much warmer & friendlier service elsewhere. The food & prices here are good, but the service felt less welcoming & made the overall experience less enjoyable. I hope this was just an off day, because the food itself was great.

This place is so cute & cozy to study. However the music is a little bit loud & the tables get crowded very fast. Overall the matcha was good for it price & the cookie was very tasty🫶🏻.

Really pretty, cozy cafe with tons of unique drinks & desserts! They have a great variety of Asian-inspired desserts as well as western ones. Drinks are really customizable, from sweetness to milk, ice, toppings & decaf. New menu items come frequently too, & they are all delicious.

It is moderately expensive, around 9$ for a drink & 10$ for a slice of cake. There is loud lofi music & the space is pretty small, typically full by 12:30PM on weekends. Chairs aren't the most comfortable either, & tables are also a bit small.

That aside, they provide free, fast wifi, a bathroom, & allow you to stay for as long as you wish. It is a great place to study or hang out for hours if you can handle the noise!
