Hands down the best brunch restaurant in Brossard! Amazing food, great decor & service! Way too much better than the well known brunch place in Brossard (you know where). A.M. will be our go to brunch place going forward.

Franchement, très mauvaise expérience cette fois-ci. Je viens très souvent ici & je n'ai jamais eu un service aussi mauvais.

On était prêtes à commander & je lui dis simplement : « On est prêtes à commander. » Elle nous répond avec beaucoup d'attitude : « Euh on va commencer avec les breuvages ok, j'ai d'autres commandes à faire. » Le ton était sec & impatient, ce qui nous a vraiment surprises.

Je suis moi-même serveuse, donc je comprends très bien le stress & la pression que ça peut apportez. Mais un lundi vers 13h, le resto n'était clairement pas plein. Je suis désolée, mais ce n'est pas une excuse pour parler aux clientes de cette façon.

La serveuse, Anne-Marie, a essayé de se rattraper plus tard, mais la première impression était déjà faite. C'est dommage, surtout que je suis une cliente régulière. Je m'attends simplement à un minimum de respect & de professionnalisme.
