We were there last Sunday, May 21,2026. Number one I noticed a lot of staff, its a good thing most of the times for better service, & we had a good service, as like many other breakfasts places I didn't hold my mug on the air to beg for more coffee. Girls was serving a coffee, like every 10 minutes, & I loved that. Last thing you need your Sunday a breakfast , a missing coffee. Place well decorated & clean, even washrooms( of course it was a better to have a automated soap dispenser & faucet , but you can't get everything I guess). Our food was a bit issue. I ordered a Greek omelette &, feta cheese was extremely salty ( you could soak at the water about 20 minutes before you use), & it wasn't well cooked, same thing to my friend's omelette, she had a vegetarian omelette & veggies was still raw, specifically a mushrooms. But those problems of course didn't changed my positive look for this place. Things happen & definitely I will go again for the second chance, portions are good enough & price two thumbs up. I'm a traveler from Toronto, & I had such a wonderful morning here. The Benedictine Lady Marmalade was absolutely delicious, & I was especially amazed by the combination of the sauce & ham - it was incredibly flavorful & memorable. Marie provided great service & had a very warm, friendly attitude, which made our breakfast even more enjoyable. If I have the chance to visit Montreal again, I will definitely come back to this place.
What a great place to enjoy breakfast . You'll be lucky enough to be served by Charles who has an infectious smile & pleasant demeanor. Definitely will leave with a full happy belly & the bacon is cooked to perfection too.
I came in on a sunday 9h30 & this was the busiest breakfast experience of my life. The place was packed.
Even thought there is lots of parking space, you'll probably have to go all the way to back to find an empty spot (2 mins walk). Then , expect waiting lines to enter. There are waiting lines even in the restrooms. By the way. I left around 10h45 & the lines to enter was still just as big.
I ordered what I always do on Canadian breakfast places : the breakfast poutine. At 17.99 it was slightly pricier than other places. After soda, fees & tips, comes close to $30 (😱😱😱)
When the dish arrived, it had very good presentation, temperature & tasted good. Better than the one at Cora. I still prefer slightly the one at pur & simple (althought this is no longer an option, since, it seems, pur & simple have closed its doors in quebec)
Staff was perfectly fine, nothing to comment really.
If you are looking for a very calm & easy place to lazy on a sunday.. maybe this isnt the best option. Other than that, an ok experience.
