La nourriture était bonne mais ils vous chargent le 15% du pourboire après les taxes, j'ai avisé la serveuse que c'était illégal elle a rit, j'ai envoyé un message à la maison maire & aucun retour. Regardez vos factures
À notre arrivée, l'accueil a été rapide, on nous a immédiatement donné une table, ce qui n'était pas mal du tout. Le problème, c'est qu'il a fallu 20 minutes pour prendre notre commande, j'ai attendu près de 30 minutes supplémentaires pour qu'on me resserve une tasse de café & un chocolat chaud pour ma femme, même si chaque fois qu'ils venaient à notre table, ils étaient toujours très souriants & aimables. J'aimerais que le service comprenne que la meilleure expérience pour un client est d'être servi rapidement & bien, car les gens vont au restaurant parce qu'ils ont faim. Je comprends que c'était probablement l'heure de pointe, C'est pourquoi nous sommes patients, mais au moment de commander, nous avons dû attendre 30 minutes supplémentaires pour recevoir nos plats, ce qui est un timing déplorable, surtout pour un service de petit-déjeuner. La goutte d'eau qui a fait déborder le vase, c'est qu'une table voisine, arrivée bien après nous, a été servie avant nous. Je suis désolé, mais je dois le répéter : service & timing déplorable.
Quand les plats sont enfin arrivés à table, woooow, ils font vraiment du bon travail dans cette cuisine, félicitations au chef, les plats étaient délicieux !!!

My husband & I decided to brunch here today. We're celebrating a special day for us & pleasantly surprised that on Tuesday, the mimosas were 2 for 12$. We ordered them & our server, Jade, told us they were prepared with lots of love just for us! Hubby ordered classic breakfast poutine…which he loved, but what a generous portion he couldn't finish it all. I had the smoked salmon served with a bagel, cream cheese, advocato, tomato, onions, capers, potatoes, pickled onions & fresh fruit! Sound Delish? It was..all served with a never ending cup of coffee. I am never disappointed when eating here. Our server Jade made our meal enjoyable with great service presented always with a sincere smile.
