"While they have great products, the staff is rather cold and somewhat snobby. No choice on the cheese and told us to wait outside for the box to be ready. This is my 2nd visit spending over $125 each time and I never feel appreciated nor welcomed. Either this is the result of only wanting a certain clientele or they don't know how important it is..."
