Belle brasserie. Beaucoup de place. Pas bruyante donc on peut discuter sans se tordre le coup ou s'égosiller. Le service était très bien. Le serveur très courtois. Par contre, même si la bouffe était bonne, ça ne ressemble pas vraiment à ce que l'on peut goûter, pour les flammekueches, dans un 3 brasseurs du nord de la France. Probablement les ingrédients. Ceci étant dit, ce qui ne connaissent pas ça devrait apprécier. Pour la bière, je recommande la blanche.

La propreté des lieux n'est vraiment pas a la hauteur les toilettes sont sales. La nouriture est de base toute fois la factures est ta la hauteur!

Très bon repas & service ! J'ai été très contente de voir qu'ils font affaire avec des fournisseurs locaux & responsables. Par contre pour réduire le gaspillage alimentaire (& même des coûts pour le restaurant) il serait pertinent de demander au client quelle sauce il désire avec ses frites (ketchup, mayo ou les deux) plutôt que de les servir les deux par défaut :)

Le choix de bière en fut est plus interessant aux 3 brasseurs rue st paul montreal. Mais centropolis c'est mon restaurant car j'habite à Laval. Je continue à venir pareil. Cheers
