Este restaurante es uno de mis favoritos. Casualmente nos ha atendido el mismo chico, Varun. Eres increíble. Muchas gracias por este excelente servicio.
Varon, you're truly the BEST of BEST. 1. Customer service is top-notch 2. Professionalism is top-notch 3. Your emotional intelligent is top-notch Thank you so much for your BEST service offered to our family on every occasion....again today for my little son's BD. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK. CONGRATS & BRAVO.
Daclan best waiter we've had in awhile! Super helpful, recommended the best food, refilled our nachos, was fast to replenish our water & overwall just very friendly waiter! Couldnt ask for bette
Food is great, but the slowest service I've seen ever in my life. The staff & the owner are extremely nice, & the girls that work there really mean well, but they need training in efficiency & table waiting.
This is my second time at Amigos West Island & everything we had was delicious. The waiters are very nice & are quite fast. The moment we entered, we were seated & the food wait time was pretty short. I definitely recommend this place!
Great food, but we went for lunch on a Friday, & our server seemed really overwhelmed. Very slow & messed up our orders & bills. Will still go back, but definitely need to add 1 more staff member for lunch "rush"

Went to the West Island location for the first time today as a group & found the food was better than the other locations. Although, the restaurant was short staffed, Varun, the manager was so gracious & served us really well. Super satisfied with the service which was also better. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good experience!
While the food was pretty good, the restaurant is really going down hill. The bathroom is disgusting. Doors & toilets were broken, paper all over the floors, sinks dirty. The restaurant wasn't packed but we still had a hard time flagging our waitress down for service.
So, I went with my family to this place for Mother's Day, & I've got to say, the food was pretty awesome. But, our server was a whole other story. She was pretty rude & messed up a lot during our visit. One moment that really stuck out was when she snatched the menu from me while I was still browsing through it. Can you believe that? & as if that wasn't bad enough, she ended up spilling sauce on me! Not cool. We ordered sangria & she didn't even bring us cups, so we had to ask for them. Every time we needed something, she took forever to bring it to us. Thankfully, there was this super helpful guy named Decklan who was passing by. He noticed what was happening & saved the day by helping us out. He even took pictures for us when we needed a camera. Even though the food was delicious, the bad service really left a sour taste in our mouths. I just wanted to share my experience with you all & give a shoutout to Decklan for being such a star!
I-like the restaurant the food was so good but compared to USA mexican restaurant the quantity is half but at least it's good The service was very good The atmosphere was nice but to much noise
