We've been coming to 3 Amigos for about 3 years now, & it's one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, & flavorful.
On our most recent visit, there was an unfortunate mix-up with our DoorDash pickup order, & it had been handed to a lady who claimed to be a delivery driver picking up our order. Even though it created extra work for the staff, they apologized for the mix-up, remade our entire order, & made sure we left happy. We really appreciate how professionally the 3 Amigos team handled the situation & how they took care of us.
The restaurant staff told us that this type of problem happens often with DoorDash. It's unfortunate that some dashers attempt to steal food this way, & restaurants are the ones who ultimately end up absorbing the loss. It's also disappointing that DoorDash does not appear to do enough to prevent these situations from happening.
The only piece of feedback I'd offer to the restaurant is that the music inside can get extremely loud. We love the atmosphere, but it can make it very difficult to communicate with the staff, especially when discussing pickup orders or trying to resolve an issue. Lowering the volume would make the overall experience even better.
Weak, syrupy sweet drinks (pretty though), Mexican flag enchiladas were basically mush but I guess the beef wasn't bad.
Dirty napkins under our table, a fly was hanging around too, one of the menus had sauce on it.
Decor is pretty, love the design. DJ was kinda unnecessary especially since he wasn't great, didn't really need a speaker blasting at us while we were in the vestibule either.
Service was pleasant from the manager & server, & was very quick to get what we ordered.

I am from LA visiting family in Montreal. There are a lot of Mexican places in LA, but I've gotta say the food here was exceptional.
What was even more exceptional - the service. Varun was super attentive, personable, & seemed to really know what he was doing. He made the whole experience, relaxing, & extra pleasant.
For example, I felt like having a michelada, it wasn't on the menu, but he got the bar to make it for me with Dos Equis. It was delicious. Maybe even better than the ones I've had with Modelo. Ended up ordering 2.
I can keep going with examples, but overall, highly recommend!
If I get a chance before flying back to LA, I'll probably take the rest of the family here one more time.
This place is incredible. The food was delicious & I can eat here as a Celiac! Our waiter Rafi was able to memorize our order & triple checked that my food was safe for me to eat. He was quick & efficient & gave us great service. If you want to have some Mexican food, I would strongly recommend this place!
Stopped by here randomly when we had a strong craving for Mexican food. Firstly, the food was amazing. How they can make Mexican food better than the states, when we boarder Mexico, is beyond me. But seriously the food (I ordered a steak quesadilla) was great.
Most importantly, Moe was our waiter. You want to talk about a super chill, down to earth, & attentive dude? Even if the food was meh, I'd still come back here just to grab him as a waiter. Food can be great, but if the staff suck, then the place will suck. So who ever is the manager at 3 Amigos, once you see this review, give Moe a fat bonus!
I had an amazing experience at this Mexican restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm & welcoming, with vibrant décor that really set the mood. The food was incredible everything tasted fresh, flavourful, & authentically prepared.

Celebrated a birthday at 3-Amigos. Food was great as always, drinks were delicious, service was very good & the ambiance was as a Mexican restaurant should be.. festive!
I never had this level of mexican food in Canada. If you're in Montréal, don't miss this place! We've ordered enchiladas & chimichanga; bot of them were beyond the expectations of taste buds! We had amazing pleasure to serve by Moe. The manager, Varun was also so welcoming & kind. It was such a great & flavorful experience. I'm leaving a piece of my heart here forever 💝
