The place was super packed when we got there but we still got seated right away. The food took a while but was very delicious & worth the wait imo. I enjoyed the Pina Colada & the Jalepeno poppers were a good appetizer(not too spicy). The service was just okay to me.

If you're looking for the perfect venue for your staff Christmas party, 3 Amigos West Island is the place! They are so accommodating & communications are top notch! This 3 Amigos was really good. We came here on a Tuesday night & I think the owner or manager was there too. A lot of people which is awesome. Pros: A) Location is good & not far from the Highway. B) Washrooms are clean although they should add Paper towels & maybe better dryer. C) Our server Mengchou was kind & an a good server. D) Fish tacos she recommended are good & delicious. Cons: A) I can see that maybe they were short staffed less waiters even though they should have more but the owner was there or manager. B) No salt or pepper shakers & things like that on tables. C) Music is somewhat okay & their playlist is okay but they keep playing it at a volume that's a little loud for me. They should lower the volume. It's regeaton music. Other than that it's a good restaurant & I do hope to come back again in the near future. I like the interior & the restaurant is good in general no complaints. God bless this establishment & hope they improve if need be.
Really good food! Had the fajitas & my date had the birria tacos & both were delicious & were served piping hot! The wait staff were responsive but not constantly asking us our status which is appreciated.
The food was good but the service was horrible! I chose this place for my 50th birthday(Oct 27th, 2024) & was disappointed. Our waitress ignored us for the most part. It took her 1/2 hour to even take our order. She had smiles for her other customers but not for us! I don't think I'll come back.
Everything was way too salty this time. Great portion sizes. Little too loud to talk. More like have-to-scream-to-each-other bar atmosphere. We had calamari, rice & shrimps (chipotle) & chicken with rice.

My hubby & I came on Wednesday for the fajita special, we were served by an incredible young lady named Beatrice. She was so sweet & made the experience that much better. Food was great, very worth it.
