Had the steak fajitas. Underseasoned & overcooked. As others have mentioned, music is way too loud. & I go to loud places often. The kids were overstimulated. They have good kid menus, but volume level is too high for them, let alone the adults. The drinks are really good though.
So, I came to have a few drinks with my girls & the first round of drinks were, to be nice, mediocre. We got a second round of drink 3 different drinks to see if maybe they would be better but in fact it was worse: when we asked the waitress to get her manager, she was very reluctant...the manager was very rude & condescending. FYI my girls & I all work in the service industry, therefore we know how voids work & all but the manager told us that it was a big hassle to send back the drinks because of the voids... he had to have an explanation to void them at the end of the night (which is very odd to tell customers). Overall not coming back
We definitely love this place. The food is always amazing, so are the drinks!! The atmosphere is also great, lots of different rooms with different vibes, its definitely very fun. The service is also very good. Varun was our server, He was so helpful & very nice. He always asked if we need anything else . I 100% recommend this place.
had a big party at this location, served by our waitress Billie! She did an exceptional job making sure everyone was happy & taken care of. Food was great, drinks were delicious. Would definitely recommend!
Went for lunch with my best friend today & we were not disappointed. The spicy skinny margaritas were INSANE & my Tex Mex salad with grilled chicken was nothing short of incredible (the chicken & dressing are next level). Our waiter Moe went above & beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of, even making suggestions for specialty drinks that we should order next time. If you are looking for great food & service at a reasonable price, I strongly suggest that you give 3 Amigos West Island a try; you won't regret it!
The location is convenient, a lot of space inside for large groups & the service is friendly. The food wasn't impressive however, the flavour was plain. My dish had avocado & it wasn't even ready, really hard. Similar feedback from the people I was there with. Go for the drinks, but don't expect much from the food.
This has been my regular dinner & annual birthday spot for the last few years. This latest experience was slow. We (table of 5) arrived around 7:00, sat immediately as there were only approximately 40 other guests. Took 40 minutes to get 4 of our 5 drinks, mine came about 10 minutes after everyone else's. Ordered our meals, 4 of the 5 meals came out quickly, mine came out approximately 15 minutes later. Everyone at the table were either done or almost done eating (of course, I told everyone not to wait). Finally, when I received my meal, the waiter said "I'll talk to my manager, & we'll definitely be comping something (I immediately thought, okay, my meal will be comped). Fast forward to dessert, My girlfriend told the waiter that is my birthday today, & the waiter brought out a pastry with a sparkler & told my girlfriend that there would be no charge for the pastry because of the late meal I received. Correct me, but isn't the pastry always free on your birthday? We all left disappointed. Probably our last visit to this location.
Pollo Chipotle was great. I went there with few of my office colleagues, & we all had a good experience. Good stress buster, lots of laughs & few drinks. Wish I could tag them to this review.

We were a big group & food was served quickly & all together. Moe was our server & he was excellent - well informed & helped us make our drink & dish selection based on questions he asked us. Loved the atmosphere, service & food. Would definitely recommend!

This is not the first time we go to the 3 amigos but this time was something different.. we came with our family on a Muslim holiday on Wednesday & the place was super crowded! We waited 25 minutes to get a place although we had a reservation .. we had some Fajitas & shrimp tacos.. fajitas were on specials $12 .. the beef was very good but the quantity was low which was understandable When we used to come we always ordered Pepsi or 7up for drinks because the waiters who served us never recommended anything, but this time we were served by a blue eyed waiter with a small beard Moe Very attentive & patient, always smiling.. always filling our waters, providing us with napkins for the kids, asking if we like the food .. & he recommended we have non-alcoholic cocktails.. he said that he will bring us something & we will like it & we definitely did! he brought something with strawberry & other drinks that were minty & one with coconut flavour which my wife adored plus he explained in detail what every drink contains Amazing service! Everything that was recommended by the waiter Moe was super! He recommended we get shrimp tacos & other chicken tacos which had pineapples but my family had some Fajitas which again was 3,4 pieces of beef only they should be more generous with it even if it is on offer After we left he even went out to give us the leftovers we packed & a bottle for my baby that we forgot, & we also got invited for Saturday he said there is going to be a DJAY We will definitely come back soon
Best Mexican food ever! Ask for Varun. Varun is the best there!! He provides the best service & the best food recommendations!!! He will customize your order to how you like it! & can make exotic drinks that are not even on the menu!
Meal was ok I guess. There's a kids meal & spring break had free kids drink so the girls liked margaritas & tacos. I had tacos con carne. It was ok decent price point. Ordered the très lèche cake. Wasn't worth it was dry, tasted like a white box cake, none of the silky moist cake you'd expect. Not sure I'd go out of my way to get here
Went last Saturday had a very good excellence service from Mo (half Lebanese half Ukrainian guy) Super friendly smiley attentive patient really great service from him I wish all MTL restaurants had good people like him he works with his heart. Loved the ambiance a dj was playing music. Lovely decor. Good drinks. For MO 5 star. As for the food, ordered the ceviche, it came in a hard shell, very dry, ceviche is supposed to be drenched in lime juice, there was none of that. Came with a slice on lime squeezed it over the ceviche & still did not feel like I was eating ceviche.
