C'est un nouveau restaurant à Drummondville, bien situé avec un stationnement. Le personnel est avenant. Ma commande était prête à temps. Les shushis sont excellents incluant les onigiris. Wow pour la vérine au chocolat, vous devez y goûter.

J'ai fait une precommande pour 7h15. Je suis arrivé sur place a 7h30 pour apprendre que ma commande sera juste prete dans 30 minutes.J'ai eu ma commande a 8h45. Je comprend qu'il peux avoir beaucoup de commande, mais refusé la commande en ligne s'il en a trop et dite moi pas 30 minutes alors que ça prit 1h30. J'ai passé 1h30 sur place a attendre.....

J'ai reçue la mauvaise commande. Non seulement on ne m'offre pas de remplacer ce que j'ai reçu par ma commande mais on ne me remboursera que si je passe à nouveau ma commande (donc que je débourse une deuxième fois, sans garantie que je serai réellement remboursée) même si je leur dit que je ne désire plus commandez avec eux. La responsable n'est pas présente et n'est pas joignable et l'employée me répète sur un ton expéditif qu'elle n'a aucun pouvoir. Même si j'ai commandé directement de chez Yuzu ils mettent la faute sur le livreur sous-traitant à qui ils ont remis la mauvaise commande. J'attends le retour d'appel de la responsable et je mettrai un commentaire de révision pour la suite des choses. Un conseil, allez chercher vos commandes parce qu'ils n'offrent aucune garantie sur l'exactitude de leur service. Mise à jour Au terme d'une discussion avec le proprietaire qui m'a contactée le lundi soir suivant (commande placée le samedi) j'ai obtenu un remboursement complet.

As A Regular Client I have encountered some unacceptable behavior from one the employees which I find is unprofessional because as a regular client such as myself and others a public place like Tommy's Café should be a place welcoming and treating people with respect and not looking down on others to make people look bad which I had experience with the employees and shouldn't be any bullying like high school or elementary school children and not asking questions like don't go to other coffee places ? Even tho your a regular client you happen to go all the time there shouldn't be any awkwardness in the working environment not having a unwelcoming vibe and giving attitude for reason no matter what you always treat people with respect no matter what . But as regular this was unprofessional behavior in the work place people need act better and do better . There should no reason for making people feel uncomfortable.

Our group came to enjoy dinner, the drinks and Bao buns were the best part. The rest of our order was mediocre at best, the taste was lacking. Either it wasn't seasoned enough or was over seasoned. The drinks were good. It's EXTREMELY loud in here, the tables all around us were Screaming over each other which made it even more unpleasant (and this was before they decided to turn up the volume on the tvs, which made people scream-talk even louder.) Also check under your plates, because our dishes weren't cleaned properly before they served us. We lifted the black serving bowl of hummus out the wooden plate and the plate was absolutely filthy. Won't be coming back

J'ai été très déçu de mon expérience à la Poissonnerie Méditerranéenne sur la rue Saint-Michel à Montréal. Le poisson que j'y ai acheté n'était pas frais et la préparation laissait vraiment à désirer. L'odeur, la texture et l'apparence indiquaient clairement un produit de mauvaise qualité, ce qui est inacceptable pour une poissonnerie. Quand on achète du poisson, on s'attend à un minimum de fraîcheur et de rigueur dans la manipulation. Malheureusement, ce n'était pas le cas ici. Pour cette raison, je ne recommande pas cet établissement et je n'y retournerai pas. ? Si tu veux, je peux aussi t'en faire une version plus courte ou plus neutre.

Très agréable. Service rapide. Original et différent. Les sushis sont bons. La sauce mayo épicée manque de goût et la soupe won ton aussi. Pour le reste, nous avons tout aimé, nous avons passe une belle soirée et le service a été excellent!

We went on a Saturday night. It was $44 per adult and $29 per kid. Unfortunately, many items were unavailable or required an extra charge, especially in the dessert section. That said, the food overall was unimpressive for the price. The experience is quite basic, good for those who are new to Korean BBQ and don't know too well. For a similar price, places like Gyubee are way better in terms of quality and variety. Reservation is required if you don't have to wait over an hour. They 15% for groups of 5 people and more.

Nous avons une tradition depuis 5 ans c'est de manger un souper style cabane à sucre le 31 décembre. Constantin sont dans les seules à avoir des boites style cabane à sucre en décembre. Par contre je pense que cest la dernière année que je fais ça parce que tout étais sans gout. Saucisses dans le sirop, fade. Creton, fade, omelette bof pour 100$ j'ai été déçu.

Nous tenons à remercier du fond du coeur toute l'équipe du Chalet des Érables, et plus particulièrement Stéphanie et Jade, pour avoir rendu notre journée absolument parfaite. Leur organisation impeccable, leur gentillesse et leur calme ont vraiment fait toute la différence. Elles ont su nous accompagner, nous guider et coordonner chaque détail avec une grande attention. La décoration était magnifique, et les fleurs étaient à couper le souffle - élégantes, fraîches et parfaitement harmonisées avec notre vision. Nos invités ont d'ailleurs adoré que nous puissions faire deux cérémonies, une sous le chapiteau et l'autre dans la clairière. Cela a rendu notre journée encore plus unique et mémorable. La nourriture était exceptionnelle : savoureuse, généreuse et servie avec professionnalisme. Nous avons reçu tellement de beaux commentaires de nos invités. Merci encore pour cette expérience incroyable. Grâce à vous, nous avons vécu une journée magique que nous n'oublierons jamais. Nous recommandons le Chalet des Érables sans hésitation!

Changing my rating to 1 we will never order from here again. I don't know what is happening but the past 2 times the food has not been good. The last time we ordered it took 1 hour the fries and the food was cold and it was not cold outside and when we complained whomever answered the phone did not care and said well may be it's cold out.

Very friendly, warm and inviting restaurant that feels like home. Food is authentic and at par with what you would find in Greece. From seafood to souvlakis, everything's a 10/10. Not much else to say that's already been said in the 1,000+ positive reviews… will take pictures the next time I dine-in.
