H3 is a new must-try restaurant in downtown Montreal! If you haven't had the opportunity to visit the restaurant, this should be your next gourmet destination. 

The letter H stands for human and everything is designed to make this the focus of your entire H3 restaurant experience. Located in the Humaniti tower, the emphasis is on the human experience while offering a high-quality service, a great selection of food, a wide variety of bottles from private imports, a modern art decor by Riopelle or Séguin, and products from Quebec artisans.


It is possible to discover the different atmospheres of H3 for breakfast, lunch, dinner, aperitifs in the lounge, or corporate meals held in the private rooms.

In addition, Hugo Duchesne has officially joined the team as Director of Operations for the Cogir Restaurants Group combining his role as Director of Sommelier and Customer Experience. If you don't know Hugo Duchesne, you should know that he is THE reference in the sommelier industry in Quebec. He was named the grand prize winner of the Best Sommelier of Quebec in 2020 and taught for 8 years at the Institut de l'Hôtellerie du Québec. This partnership is certainly a great asset for the Cogir Restaurant team.


Hugo Duchesne heads a team of passionate sommeliers who will be able to advise you on the wonderful wine and champagne list available. Hugo's touch will be present for the purchases, the selection of wine choices available by the glass and he will be able to plan the sequences during the tasting menus. The program offered is very ambitious and many choices of high-quality sommeliers will be discovered. The ideal place for any wine enthusiast, whether you are a beginner or an experienced wine lover, the team has that unique touch to transport you into their world.
