Applications for the sixth edition of the S. Pellegrino Young Chef Academy competition, a global competition aimed at discovering the most promising and talented young chefs, are now open. None other than Normand Laprise, Jason Bangerter and Nuit Regular, three of the country's greatest chefs who were selected to be part of the Canadian jury.
The 2024-25 competition welcomes young chefs under the age of 30 wishing to surpass themselves and test their abilities while gaining global visibility.
Chefs interested in entering the competition have until June 19th to register and should go to sanpellegrinoyoungchefacademy.com/the-competition/application-form to submit a recipe for a signature dish that communicates their vision, unique skills and their creativity. The regional winners will compete in the grand final to be held in Milan in 2025 to win the S.Pellegrino Young Chef award Academy Award 2024-25.
