This summer, BOMBAY SAPPHIRE is launching its first flavoured gin innovation in Quebec, BOMBAY BRAMBLE. As part of this launch, Bombay has created a unique experience - Le Bramble - a large-scale outdoor hedge-maze installation in Old Port that highlights and celebrates the talents of local creatives. The creatives have produced unexpected installations inspired by the taste of BOMBAY BRAMBLE, the 100% natural flavours of raspberry and blackberry, to create an experience that is ripe for discovery.
From August 6-8, 2021, a section of Boul. Saint-Laurent will be transformed into Le Bramble - a whimsical oasis, featuring 7ft tall hedge-walls that cloak the discoverable experiences within. Guests (18+) will be delighted by the unexpected work of QC creatives Charlie Larouche (Glassware Artist), Jeroen Kleijn (DJ & Olfactory Artist), and Chantal Royer (Botanical Artist), while having an opportunity to sample and discover the new BOMBAY BRAMBLE product. Guests will also depart with a signature BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Balloon Glass, to inspire them to continue to'Stir their Creativity' at home.
