This year, the 14th edition offers Quebecers a renewed experience, discovering Quebec cider ... in the comfort of their home!
To do this, 25 Quebec cider producers have joined forces with a restaurateur in their region to offer an extraordinary gastronomic experience. Thus, each cider producer has developed, with the chef of his associated establishment, a perfect food and cider pairing. Whether rosé, still, fiery, icy or sparkling, Quebec cider will be in the spotlight this month, in perfect harmony with the flavors of our regions.
To take part in the festivities, Quebecers can select the participating restaurateur closest to their home and order their menu to match, delivered or take-out depending on the establishment. They will receive their menu, for 2 or more people, in a reusable bag bearing the logo of the Mondial des Cidres SAQ 2021, including tasting glasses and a magazine containing information on ciders, on participating cider houses and their flagship products, as well as exclusive cider-based cocktail recipes.
To celebrate Quebec cider, the Facebook group page J'aime le CIDRE DU QUÉBEC will also offer a host of virtual meetings during the month:: virtual happy hour, meetings with cider producers, product discoveries, capsule on the production of cider etc.
