Time Out Market Montréal is pleased to announce its participation in the 13th edition of Burger Week. More than just a celebration of delicious burgers, this prestigious festival is committed to supporting local restaurants across Canada. Starting this weekend, from September 1st to 8th, you'll have the opportunity to savor tasty burgers from seven of the Market's vendors. It's the perfect occasion to discover Montreal's best spots under one roof, with creative, limited, and decadent creations.
Here are the participating Market vendors and their limited (and appetizing) creations:
- Zestee Big Marthy! by Chez Simon Cantine Urbaine: Sink your teeth into this delicious mix of savory patty, crispy bacon, crunchy onions, and Emmental, all complemented by a touch of fresh lettuce and a zesty Zestee sauce with parmesan, lemon, and garlic.
- Burger Campo by Campo: Experience an explosion of flavors with extra-crispy Portuguese chicken served on a soft brioche bun, accompanied by Sao Jorge cheese, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and a drizzle of homemade piri-piri mayonnaise. This burger brings a taste of Portugal to every bite!
- BOSSA X DILALLO Chopped Cheese by BOSSA: Get ready for a flavor explosion with this chopped steak burger, featuring a blend of melting cheeses, fiery Dilallo peppers, and savory capocollo. It's topped with fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and a hint of ketchup.
- Creole Lamb Burger by Paul Toussaint: Add some spice to your meal with this Creole-inspired lamb burger. Nestled in a soft brioche bun, it's topped with Timalis, white cheddar, and creamy Creole mayo, for a flavorful twist on a classic.
