To celebrate the first anniversary of our gluten-free artisanal bakery, Sarrasin Boulangerie is hosting a one-day to-go pop-up on Saturday, May 3rd in Montreal.
This exclusive event features a fully gluten-free and plant-based menu inspired by spring, using local produce and prepared with clean, thoughtful techniques. We're thrilled to collaborate with emerging chef Tom Sherwin, whose experience includes acclaimed kitchens such as Vin Mon Lapin, La Lune, and Clementine in Winnipeg.
This pop-up represents an important milestone in our journey-bringing together the principles that have defined us from the start: simplicity, seasonality, and care. All dishes are made for takeaway, and quantities will be limited.
