Le Balcon invites you to discover the stirring sounds of fado with Portuguese artist Suzi Silva, who made her musical debut at the age of 11 in a local fado house.
Her fado today is tinged with many influences-Portuguese and foreign music, traditional and contemporary-and marked by her studies in jazz, both in Portugal and Montreal.
She will be presenting her project Fad'AZZ, which won the "traditional music" category at the 2018 International Portuguese Music Awards (IPMA) for her song "Fado Mestiço - Amanha."
