First Starter: Mirko D'Agata, Pizzeria 900 - Long-fermentation artisanal pizza with wild mushroom stew, roasted carrot cream, Tomme du Haut-Richelieu and camelina oil

Second Starter: Jean-Simon Petit, Buvette de la Barbotte - Smoked corn pancake with suckling pig, lacto salsa with peppers, corn, green tomatoes and kiwis, beet syrup

Main Course: Ralph Alterte Desamours, Palme - Trinidad roast, beef stew, potatoes and eggplant with curry and honey, cucumber, kiwi and yogurt pico de gallo

The brunch will be paired with wines from Montérégie and will take place under a tent, rain or shine.
All profits from the event will be donated to La Tablée des Chefs, an organization dedicated to feeding people in need and promoting culinary education for youth.
Price: $300 per person, a tax receipt of $125 will be issued for each ticket purchased.
