"Season 2022's keyword is freshness. We want to convey originality in both food and cocktails, says the executive chef of Terrasse William Gray, O'Neil Leblanc. To do so, we rely on local products, tasty and accessible cuisine, as well as an impressive selection of cocktails and wines."
For dinner and 5 à 7, the menu contains safe bets such as charcuterie boards and tartars, but will also contain new trendy dishes that will please everyone. In addition, brunch lovers are not forgotten since the terrace will be offering them starting from May.
For cocktail hour, the new menu features a beautiful arrangement of flavours, where classic concoctions such as mojitos and sangrias sit alongside signature and exclusive mixes created by their mixologist. A brilliant selection of wines and bubbles is also available.
According to Mr. Leblanc: "Our terrace is the perfect place to create unforgettable moments, gather with family and friends and share a good meal with the Ferris Wheel as a background."
