Starting March 14th, Les Enfants Terribles celebrates sugar season with a menu entirely inspired by Quebec classics and centered around maple syrup. Created by Chef Christian Uhoda, the menu features indulgent dishes such as grands-pères in maple syrup, a generous lumberjack brunch plate, a hay-braised ham that melts in your mouth, and many other sweet and savory creations.
Under the slogan "Time to sweeten your palate", the restaurant offers an urban and accessible take on the traditional sugar shack, perfect for families, groups of friends, and foodies who want to celebrate Quebec traditions without leaving the city. The experience emphasizes the nostalgia of traditions, the pride in local products, and the joy of gathering around a good meal.
The brunch is at the heart of this edition, providing the perfect opportunity to fully enjoy the sugar season atmosphere.
New this year: the take-home sugar shack basket. Designed for those who prefer to enjoy the experience at home, this generous and easy-to-prepare basket allows you to share a typical sugar shack meal with ease. Available on the online store with in-restaurant pickup.
