Saint-Lambert welcomes a new culinary hotspot! On January 16th, Les Assoiffés Smokehouse launched its unique smoked meat concept during an event attended by media, partners, and local officials. Mayor Pascale Mongrain, Jacques Des Ormeaux, and Loïc Blancquaert were present to celebrate this exciting addition.
Co-owner Ron Weiser highlighted the restaurant's mission to showcase local expertise and enhance the region's appeal:

Guests enjoyed signature dishes like smoked brisket, ribs, and hot-smoked salmon, paired with wines, craft beers, and bourbons.
