From November 8th to 11th in Vannes, Brittany, Damien Agliata of La Shop à Pain in Terrebonne earned third place worldwide at the World Pastry Cup. He also won the award for the best brioche representing Canada.
Supported by his technical team, Damien created an impressive range of original pastries in record time. His achievement highlights a family tradition of baking and a commitment to excellence, following previous wins at the Best Organic Baker of Quebec and the Mondial du Pain competitions.
