Dalia and Chandni had the pleasure of discovering Le Montréal, the newly reimagined restaurant inside the casino, and it did not disappoint. The space is elegant and inviting, with a stunning bay window that fills the room with natural light. The dishes were refined and full of flavour, and the desserts in particular left Chandni speechless. Whether it's for a pre-show bite or a celebratory meal, Le Montréal is well worth the visit.
1 year anniversary of the agency

For Mademoiselle Agency's one-year anniversary, the celebration took place at Espace Blondie, a stunning venue in the heart of downtown. Chandni was welcomed with a perfectly shaken espresso martini to kick off the night. Guests enjoyed bites from various caterers, including Parma Café and Cornelli, and captured memories at the photo booth. A chic and lively evening that perfectly matched the agency's energy and style.

Located in the heart of Old Port Montreal, Méchant Boeuf is anything but a tourist trap. With its rich, modern mahogany vibes, this steakhouse brings serious style and substance. Serving up prime butcher cuts, dry-aged beef, and mouthwatering seafood towers, these are must-orders. We're so excited to have kicked off our 20th anniversary contest with Méchant Boeuf!

Tucked away in Candiac, this restaurant is a true hidden gem. While the food leans toward bistro style, La Réserve elevates every dish with creativity and finesse. Chandni was genuinely impressed by both the cuisine and the warm, attentive service, and it's no wonder it was packed. Absolutely worth the detour!

This was Chandni's second time at Alizé, and it was just as fun and vibrant as the first. With flower-filled decor, a live DJ, and even a tambourist, the evening felt like a quick escape to a tropical paradise. She was welcomed with a refreshing watermelon cocktail and enjoyed Mediterranean-style bouchées all night long. The perfect rooftop terrace to kick off summer in style!

Chandni had the pleasure of returning to Héritaj, this time to celebrate the launch of their terrace and experience Perles & Bulles, a recurring Thursday event held every second week of the month. She enjoyed oysters with ginger mignonette paired with champagne, all to the sound of a live DJ. It's the perfect summer spot to unwind, sip, and soak in the vibes.

This was Chandni's second time at Capisco, but this time she got to enjoy their beautiful summer terrace. The Italian-Peruvian dishes and drinks were just as delicious as she remembered, with the appetizers, especially the Caprese Tiradito, stealing the show. With the warm breeze and charming setup, it felt like dining on a terrace somewhere in Europe.

After hearing glowing reviews, Dalia and Chandni were excited to finally try Le Black Forest in Ste-Rose. They were welcomed into a cozy, inviting space and opted for the generous 12-course tasting menu, perfect for sharing. Every dish was flavourful and beautifully presented. With a monthly changing menu, it's the kind of place that keeps you coming back.

Dalia and Rébecca had the pleasure of attending Gala des Lauriers, a highlight event that brings together the vibrant talent of Québec's restaurant industry. Held at New City Gas and Bazart, the evening unfolded with red carpet arrivals, festive energy, and flavourful creations from past winners and event partners. From the creative popcorn station to comforting bites like Soma's house bowl, every detail added to the experience. A new on-stage roundtable introduced a fresh dynamic, while the overall atmosphere celebrated passion, creativity, and community. For both, it was a memorable night honouring the people who shape the local dining scene.

RestoMontreal's 5 à 7
Date: May 29th
The RestoMontreal team kicked off summer with a cozy 5 à 7 at Muze. Rain or shine, this spot has you covered, literally! Despite a few drops and a chill in the air, the attentive and friendly staff made sure everyone stayed dry and comfortable. Great service, good vibes, and even better company made for a perfect evening.

Located in the Plateau, Satu Lagi is a fully gluten-free gem that both Chandni and Dalia absolutely love. While they had been for brunch before, this visit was all about the evening menu, and it exceeded both their expectations. From the honey fried chicken to the beef rendang and pandan crème brûlée, every bite was packed with bold, memorable flavours. Fried food without the post-meal bloat? Yes, please. Just be sure to book ahead, this cozy spot fills up fast!
