Québec-based family business 1001 Fondues is expanding its gourmet offerings with the launch of its chocolate fondue line, the second installment of the Chic! collection. Three decadent flavors are now available: Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate with Sweet Clover, and White Chocolate with Maple Syrup.
Staying true to its values, 1001 Fondues uses high-quality local ingredients, including Québec cream, locally grown sweet clover, and 100% Québec maple syrup. Each fondue is crafted from real ganache, blending artisanal expertise and Québec terroir for a cozy and indulgent experience.
Co-owners Jean-Yves and Caroline Lapointe emphasize that this new collection showcases their commitment to innovation while celebrating the best of Québec.
