My wife & I had the very good fortune to find this gem of an Indian restaurant tonight. We were greeted right away, & made to feel very welcome. We ordered appetizers, & our dinner entrees all at the same time. Our appetizers; paneer pakora & aloo tikki arrived promptly. They were hot, fresh & wonderful. After the appetizers, our place settings were cleared, & the entrees were brought out. My wife ordered the lamb madras, while I had the lamb vindaloo. Of course, we also ordered naan. To say that everything was wonderful wouldn't do the meal justice. We both ate every drop of our entrees, & cleaned the bowls with the last of the naan. The owner of the restaurant came to our table to insure everything was okay. We told her just how much we had enjoyed our meal. In the conversation the topic of my birthday came up, & when I said it was tomorrow, there suddenly appeared a dessert for my wife & myself, along with two cups of very fragrant, very delicious tea. Our trip through Monreal was made quite special by this lady & her wonderful restaurant.
Where do I start. From the customer service to the food to the cleanliness of this restaurant. Everything is really proper & I am so grateful to have come here & tried the food! I recommend to everyone who is looking to eat yummy south asian cuisine as well as in a very homely & exquisite restaurant! The staff is really friendly & I see myself coming to this restaurant very often!

Excellente cuisine ethnique qui fait le charme de Montréal. Dépaysement garanti & beaucoup de saveurs mêlées aux effluves d’épices dès le trottoir. Ça reste un boui-boui, mais plein de charme & d’authenticité

Nous sommes allé au Zykaa pour la deuxième fois hier soir. Le repas fut parfumé & succulent, tel que nous le souhaitons. Nous le recommandons sans réserve. Le service était courtois. Ils ne savent pas comment servir une bouteille de vin, mais ça n'a pas diminué le plaisir que nous avons eu à manger.
