Un mot: succulent! La propriétaire était accueillante, le service était excellent (même si nous avons été pour le buffet du midi) & la nourriture était très goûteuse. Un des meilleurs poulets tandoori que j'ai mangé (voire le meilleur!) Bref, je recommande sans hésiter.

Several years ago, I was walking with my daughter in her stroller, trying to decide what I felt like eating, when I happened to notice Zyka's sign. I love Indian food, so I walked in. It turned out to be the restaurant's opening day. I congratulated the kind & elegant lady who welcomed me so warmly & served me a generous, delicious tandoori meal.
I will always remember that first visit among the dozens of times I've returned since. Why? Because that day stayed with me.
After finishing my meal like a queen, I reached for my wallet to pay… & realized I didn't have it. I felt so embarrassed. I even offered to leave my phone with her while I went to get the money. I only had my baby & my phone with me, so I had to make a choice 💁🏻?♀?😂! She refused & insisted on offering me the meal for free. I felt even worse hahah, but also deeply touched by her kindness & generosity.
I went straight home, grabbed my wallet, & came back immediately to pay my bill with a tip big as my appreciation. There was no way I wouldn't pay & especially not on their opening day 😅✨ First & last time it happened to me lol
Today, my daughter is 13 years old. I still stop by Zyka whenever I'm in the area & feeling a little or very hungry, whether I'm alone or with company. The food is always delicious, the lunch buffet is varied & satisfying, & that same warm smile & positive energy from the owner are still there. Her daughter is wonderful too.
J'ai dîner au Zykaa avec une amie la semaine dernière. Le buffet est petit mais varié & la nourriture est excellente. Service impeccable & avec le sourire.
Meilleur poulet au beurre que le Taj. Nous avons pris le buffet. Tout étais excellent. La dame au service était d'une gentillesse. Je vais y retourner sans au une hésitation
Verifier votre facture avant de quitter ce restaurant! On a été facturé $21 pour le buffet d'un enfant de 5 ans & mon mari ne s'est pas rendu compte en payant car on était avec nos amis pour une celebration. En l'appelant pour régler le problème après avoir quitté le restau, la propriétaire nous a reproché de ne rien lui avoir dit, puis a essayé de me dire quel âge avait mon propre enfant avant d'admettre qu'il y avait un tarif réduit pour les enfants. Je ne tolérerai pas ce genre d'arnaque. If you make a mistake on a bill (which in this case it was clearly done purposely as she revealed during the conversation), admit it & correct it, don't try to tell a client that it is their fault for not seeing through your overcharging at the time, especially a parent who is tired & just trying to enjoy a one hour lunch with friends. DESPICABLE.
Une propriétaire d'une extrême gentillesse, un service impeccable & la nourriture savoureuse avec une belle variétée. Un petit bijou bien caché de Tétreaultville. Je recommande le poulet tandoori. Ne manquez pas le buffet du dîner pour goûter à tout.

Nous sommes allés aujourd'hui, le buffet était délicieux, le prix vaut la qualité & la fraicheur des ingrédients. Tous les plats proposés ont des saveurs & sont assaisonnés de façon différente. Le choix est très varié! Les plats goute la nourriture indienne de façon authentique mais adaptée à nos palais occidentaux pour la chaleurs/piquant! Un petit restaurant de quartier qui n'a rien a envier aux restaurant dans l'ouest de la ville! La propriétaire est très accueillante & gentille.

Directly from the West Island this Pakistani family decided to open a restaurant in the heart of trendy Tetreaultville! Aunty Jasmine is adorable always wearing her beautiful saris! They make you feel so welcome & the Pakistani/Indian food is one of the best in the island of Montreal. A must try place. You won't regret it. Please keep bringing Bollywood music. They started to offer a buffet at noon. I need to drop by. Look at the pictures.
Good service, great food! I used to go a lot during my linch breaks. Only deplorable that the lunch buffet during week days didn't come back after the pandemic, which was way better than the thali offer that replaced it
Our party increased from 6 to 9 at the last moment. All was set up for us no fuss! EVERYONE raved over the quality of the food. We had the lunch buffet, each dish had its distinct taste & flavour, sending your palette on & exotic experience. Outstanding value for your dollar. Highly recommended. Will definitely return to support this family establishment!
