Nous avons choisi le restaurant Ziara pour fêter la nouvelle année. Le décor de fin d'année était beau & l'ambiance créée par les invités était agréable. Malheureusement, notre expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de l'occasion.
Nous avons opté pour un menu à 150 $ par personne. Selon le menu, le plat pour deux devait inclure 2 crevettes par personne (4 au total), ainsi que de l'agneau & du chich taouk. À la première assiette, les accompagnements étaient présents, mais il manquait un morceau d'agneau & le chich taouk, & il n'y avait que 2 crevettes. Après vérification, l'assiette a été reprise, mais la seconde est revenue toujours incomplète, les crevettes manquant encore.
Pour le prix payé (340 $ pour deux avec taxes), nous nous attendions à un meilleur respect du menu & à un service plus attentif. Le champagne a été servi uniquement après l'avoir demandé, & le dessert n'a pas été apporté spontanément. Après avoir payé la facture, j'ai dû le réclamer, & le serveur semblait même surpris que nous ne l'ayons pas reçu.
Côté ambiance, le DJ était complètement à côté de la plaque, avec des erreurs dans la musique & même dans le décompte, ce qui a nui à l'expérience, surtout pour une soirée du Nouvel An.
J'ai également remarqué que le service semblait mieux encadré en présence du propriétaire, mais qu'il s'est détérioré après son départ.
C'était notre quatrième visite. Nous apprécions le concept & le décor, mais pour une soirée aussi spéciale que le Nouvel An, l'expérience globale n'a pas répondu à nos attentes.

Un restaurant merveilleux… un décor magnifique, une musique apaisante, une cuisine excellente & délicieuse, de merveilleux amuse-gueules… le tout couronné par le service impeccable de Mlle Sabine.
Super expérience dans ce restaurant !
J'ai adoré la décoration, très chaleureuse & bien soignée. Le service est excellent, le personnel est accueillant & souriant.
La nourriture… juste incroyable ! Des plats typiques tunisiens bien préparés, un vrai délice.

Honestly, I was surprised. This place is in Marché Central, from the outside looks like a typical box-store bland restaurant & the rating was only 4.3. Honestly, I was so impressed! The food was phenomenal! Seriously, among the best Lebanese meals I've ever had. I was with a group of friends one of whom moved here from Lebanon 2 years ago & she was also thrilled at how good it was. Decor is also very nice. I highly recommend the fatouch, babaganoush, vine leaves, shish taouk, potatoes with toum (garlic sauce).

Ma famille & moi avions hâte que Zyara ouvre au marché central. L'emplacement est super, facile à stationner, une salle à manger & un décor chaleureux, la terrasse est superbe. Notre serveuse Christelle s'est très bien occupé de nous, c'est dommage que son sourire soit caché par un masque, Covid 19 oblige. Les plats sont délicieux & bien présentés; Kebbé nayyé, Arayess Soujouk avec fromage Haloumi & le pain pita chaud qui sort du four. Le seul problème, j'ai trop mangé!!!
The night we went they had a program with musicians. The place is small & cozy, nicely decorated. There weren't a lot of people, only a couple of tables. The food was good but expensive for what it is. It was 75$ per person for a full menu cold mezza, hot mezza & grilled meats. Drinks were extra. It was around 250$ for two people with a bottle of wine. I wouldn't go back for how expensive it was especially late at night who wants to eat all that food?

Amazing ambiance. Superbe service. Fantastic food. I highly recommend Zyara for its authentic tastes & decor that makes you feel like you're on vacation. You will feel like you stepped into a Sultan's palace.
Excellent in every way, lovely ambiance, nicely decorated, very clean, & our out of town guest who had never tasted Lebanese food before adored every minute! We highly recommend the trio of dips & platter of kofta, chicken & shish kebab - also the toum was fantastic! Authentic, fresh & great flavors, we will be returning :)
Do not be fooled by the location (Marché Central) this place is beautifully decorated & the terrasse feels like a seaside garden! Excellent Lebanese food (I would know, I have 100% Lebanese taste buds trained by a top chef Têta) Excellent wine & Arak, DELICIOUS salatet el raheb, halloum & mushroom sauté, shish taouk with yummy garlic (toum) & so much more. Do not miss the LOULWA dessert : almond semolina, ashta & sugar sirop, fragranced with eau de rose & eau de fleurs d'oranger. Friendly & efficient service every time. Book & Go. Now.
