Le menu au complet avait l'air délicieux, c'était difficile de faire un choix. J'ai fini par prendre une entrée de crevettes pogo, la bavette AAA & une crème brûlée pour dessert. Notre serveuse Raphaëlle était géniale! On va revenir essayer le reste du menu!
We went to ZIBO! Saint-Bruno for dinner a few days ago & were very impressed. My wife Danielle goes there often for lunch with her sisters - it's their go-to girls' day out spot, thanks not only to the food but also to the location inside Promenades Saint-Bruno, the largest upscale shopping mall on the South Shore.
For drinks, Danielle enjoyed a refreshing white sangria, while I had an excellent glass of David Moreno Crianza Rioja. The wine list is surprisingly well curated, featuring selections from major regions around the world & a decent choice of wines by the glass (white, rosé, sparkling, & red).
Food allergies & intolerances are taken very seriously here, with a dedicated gluten-free menu. My wife is lactose intolerant, while I'm gluten-free & also have a pistachio allergy. The staff & kitchen handled this with professionalism & care.
For appetizers, Danielle had the shrimp pogos - crispy tempura shrimp on a stick - while I opted for the Caesar salad (sans croutons), topped with a perfectly cooked strip of crunchy bacon. Both were excellent.
For mains, Danielle had the General Tao-style chicken with pineapple & mango relish, rice, & broccoli. I ordered the Mediterranean seabass with sauce vierge, served with fresh tomatoes, fennel, green olives, roasted pistachios, cauliflower purée, & vegetables. I hadn't noticed the pistachios in the menu description, but the kitchen prepared a pistachio-free version for me within minutes & without fuss. The fish was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, & beautifully presented.
No dessert this time, though I did finish with a good espresso.
The décor is modern & well thought out, with different sections that help keep noise levels down. The open kitchen at the back looks both efficient & spotlessly clean.
All in all, a great dining experience - thoughtful service, excellent food, & a stylish setting. Definitely worth a visit whether you're out shopping or planning a special dinner.

Voici mon expérience lors de notre première visite au restaurant Zibo de Saint-Bruno.
J'avais réservé pour 21h & nous sommes arrivés cinq minutes à l'avance. On nous a placés à une table, cependant, la serveuse n'est venue nous voir pour prendre notre commande qu'à 21h30. Dès le début, nous avons eu l'impression qu'elle était débordée ou qu'elle nous avait oubliés. Le service était très lent, particulièrement entre les plats.
À la fin du plat principal, nous avions hâte de commander un petit dessert, mais encore une fois, la serveuse tardait à revenir. Après plusieurs minutes, elle a semblé réaliser qu'elle avait mis beaucoup de temps, sans vraiment nous en parler. Nous lui avons alors demandé une suggestion de dessert à partager. Elle est revenue avec le dessert… mais seulement une cuillère. Elle avait encore oublié un détail.
Après avoir apprécié l'excellent dessert, nous nous sommes demandé où était passée notre serveuse. Il était 23h12. Nous nous sommes finalement levés pour demander à une autre serveuse de la retrouver, car nous voulions quitter.
Lorsque nous avons enfin pu lui parler, je lui ai exprimé notre déception face au service. Elle a demandé des précisions, & je lui ai simplement dit que le service avait été long après chaque étape du repas. À cela, elle a répondu : « Vous ne m'avez pas mentionné que vous vouliez un service rapide. » Pourtant, nous ne demandions rien d'extraordinaire, simplement un service normal & attentionné.
Nous avons été les derniers à quitter le restaurant.
Cela dit, la nourriture était excellente.
We came on Wednesday at 6:30pm & me & my mom ordered right away 2 burgers. 30 mins went by & by 45 mins, we asked the waitress for the status of our order. After a while, she came back saying that the order didn't go through (system problem) so she said it was on the way. Finally after almost an hour we received our burgers.. Would of loved for the waitress to give us at least a status after x amount of time but we had to ask because it was getting too long.. They did offer us a free dessert at the end to apologize for the delay.
Nous aimons beaucoup votre restaurant, mais le serveur était mal préparé, & j'ai dû me rendre à mon 4 iem choix pour avoir une bière à mon goût car plusieurs sur la carte ne sont pas disponible ... Peut-être les enlever du menu...

Les entrées sont excellents & le dessert wow. Nous avons été très deçus de nos pizzas. Excellent service de Steph C, présente, gentille & attentionnée.
Nous fêtions un anniversaire. Le service a été plus qu'excellent. Très attentionné & personnalisé. La nourriture était parfaite & l'ambiance aussi. J'avais demandé une surprise pour le dessert & ils ont exécuté à merveille. Je recommande chaudement!
Honnetement c'était la première fois au zibo st-bruno & définitivement pas pa dernière. Ce soir j'ai été souper avec mon pere ma soeur pour notre anniversaire, très dure pour moi d'aller au restaurant du a mes allergies & intolérance, puis ce soir la serveuse & le chef cuisiniers qui etait de service le 9 septembre de 17h30 a 20h15 on pris mon allergies tres au sérieux & on fait en sorte que je puisse manger une entrée , un repas principal & un dessert honnêtement le geste que ces 2 personnes on fait vaux énormément a mes yeux , il faudrait plus de gens comme eux dans ce monde , & quoi dire de la nourriture wow tres bon & excellent service je vous conseil tous d'aller essayer le zibo au promenade st-Bruno cela vaux le déplacement un enorme merci encore & a bientôt !
