Overall it was ok. Service was a bit lacking & would be nice to see the servers smile once in awhile. Sushi was ok but lacked in flavor compared to previous times. Surprised they charged for the small piece of cake they brought for my dad's birthday. First time Ive seen a restaurant charge for the dessert for the birthday person. Nice thing was it wasn't rushed & we could take our time.
For an upscale restaurant I expect the take out food to be put in containers in the back by the waiter & not just hand out take out containers to whoever wants one. Also there was a cold vent right above our table that went on & off & when it was on I had to put my jacket on. My mom told them about it but nothing was done. Will try another restaurant next time.

Vu que c'était pour mon anniversaire, j'aurais vraiment apprécié avec le dessert gratuit. Nous étions 6 personnes, pour fêter ma fête, donc la moindre des choses aurait été le dessert gratuit.

Next time someone asks for something special for a birthday, let them know that zento does not give free dessert. We had to wait a long time to see our waiter for the dessert & then find out we were charged for it. The food was good but Jerome should have let me know the dessert was not on the house.

The sushi is good but the rest is a bit overpriced. The service is so-so. There should be a menu for the dessert so that we can see the price of the dish.

Food was delicious, but service was mediocre. Server was emotionless & did not verify if everything was ok or made sure we had water. The hostess did a better job of welcoming us taking care of our empty plates & offered us dessert.
So overall 3 stars seems fair.

Excellent service!
Les sushis créations du chef étaient exquis.
Poulet Général Tao très bon.
Ils ont offert un dessert agrémenté d'une bougie, ce gratuitement, à la personne que l'on fêtait.
Seul bémol, soupe tiède.
J'y retournerai sans hésiter!

Service extremely slow. Long wait for food & then a long wait for coffee (asked for one regular & one decaf or a herb tea) no decaf or herbal tea. We were not offered dessert.

Nous aurions voulu prendre un dessert & café mais la serveuse semblait presse de nous voir partir. La nourriture est délicieuse & l'ambiance aussi. Le seul hic c'est qu'on a pas pu rester longtemps 🙄

Great food, beautiful presentation. 88$ Very happy. Service though was absolutely awful. Did not leave a tip, waiter had the nerve to come out into parking lot to let me know that I had forgotten his tip. My wine took forever. 3 different people serving us. The young lady serving water was the most memorable Had to ask for dessert menu, had to ask for bill. Need to step it up in your service . Will not go back
