Overall it was ok. Service was a bit lacking & would be nice to see the servers smile once in awhile. Sushi was ok but lacked in flavor compared to previous times. Surprised they charged for the small piece of cake they brought for my dad's birthday. First time Ive seen a restaurant charge for the dessert for the birthday person. Nice thing was it wasn't rushed & we could take our time.
For an upscale restaurant I expect the take out food to be put in containers in the back by the waiter & not just hand out take out containers to whoever wants one. Also there was a cold vent right above our table that went on & off & when it was on I had to put my jacket on. My mom told them about it but nothing was done. Will try another restaurant next time.View more

Unfortunately we waited over an hour for our food. The waiter did not come see us once from when he gave us water/took our order to when we got our food an hour later. It also took multiple attempts to flag him down to ask if there was an update. There were plates of food sitting at the bar waiting to go out for 15+ minutes. It's really too bad. The hostess did apologize, but it was only after we said something.
The food was very good, it was what bumped the rating up. It's not the best sushi we've had but it was good, it tasted fresh. We were very satisfied with the food.
For the price of the food, we expect to be blown away & better service.View more

Fantastic sushi with fresh, flavorful ingredients & a menu that offers a great variety of options for every palate. The quality of the food definitely stands out, & it's clear that care is put into each dish. The only drawback is the layout of the dining space - the tables are placed quite close together, which can make the dining experience feel a bit cramped, especially during busy hours. That said, the excellent sushi & friendly atmosphere still make it a spot worth visiting if you're craving top-quality sushi.View more

Giving 2 stars purely because of the service. Went for a birthday lunch with my mom 2 days ago, showed up at 2pm sharp (they close at 2:30) & asked them if we could still sit for lunch. The waiter allowed us to come in but was extremely rude & unfriendly the entire service. Really put a damper on the lunch & affected our time there. I would never go back & spend money here again solely because of the service experience we had.. They should just close for lunch at 2pm instead of 230 if we were that much of an inconvenience showing up 30 min before their break.View more

Fui por la noche y me encontré el restaurante un poco lleno, el ambiente es acogedor y no hice reservación para comer en el sitio. La comida es muy buena la cantidad es la justa y dan una cantidad generosa de proteína (carne). La verdad el único pero es que esperamos mucho entre las entradas y el plato fuerte. Otro dato es que hay muy poco espacio entre mesas tuvimos que acomodarnos para salir y entrar, hasta los meseros batallan en servir la comida sobre la mesa. Si voy de paso volvería a ir.View more
I went for dinner during the week with a friend. Food was outstanding, some of the best sushi I've ever had. The service was poor, our waiter never checked on us & we had to keep tracking down other employees. Eventually, a waiter in a section nearby so kindly kept checking on us, his name is Trung. Overall great experience, but in my opinion all staff should be trained as well as Trung is to have the best experience (he definitely deserves a raise).View more
We had a server don't even know his name but very poor service, but then Trung came & offered us his services & was very attentive & listened well & met our needs. Wish we have Trung! Amazing service & so kind, food was amazing as always just sadly this experience was poor service.View more
