About us

With a passion for restaurants and more than 30 years of experience in the food industry, Papa Elie and his son Ziad were able to create a unique family business: ZEEZ.

Ziad began his career at hospitality school and pursued a specialization in culinary arts at the Paul Bocuse Institute in France to later work in the most prestigious hotels and restaurants. Ziad is the creator of the ZEEZ menu and is responsible for quality assurance. Filled with energy and passion, you will always see him dedicated to providing the best customer service.

Papa Elie is a master of management and organization with an entrepreneurial career spanning more than 40 years. A pillar of the company, he always ensures that everything is in order and that the shift runs smoothly. In fact, you'll probably see him working on his computer at a ZEEZ table.

ZEEZ's mission is to create moments of pleasure through delicious burgers. Elie and Ziad's goal is not only to offer quality burgers using fresh, homemade ingredients, but also to make them accessible to Montrealers by offering affordable prices. 🧡

Si je fais ce commentaire, c'est d'abord pour remercier le staff de leur professionnalisme & leur savoir faire, & plus précisément pour m'excuser de mon mauvais comportement. Malgré mes provocations à l'encontre d'un membre de l'équipe ce dernier a su rester calme & bienveillant envers moi & à même tenter de me résonner en plus d'être de très bon cuistots ce sont d'abord de très bonnes personnes. Encore une fois mille excuses & bonne continuation mon frère, ce que tu as vu de moi ce soir ne représente vraiment pas ma personne. J'espère te recroiser un jour pour te le dire dans les yeux. Allah ihafdek & nchalah tsmehli.

Let me start by saying I ordered this via Uber eats & I've never had food this hot before from a delivery. I like to find a good burger in every city I travel to since I travel for work & this is hands-down one of the best burgers I've had in North America.... also the poutine is 11 out of 10 like holy hell guys keep crushing it!

Je pleins les employers de travailler dans cette chaleur atroce. Offrez leurs une condition de travail minimale on dépassait les 40 degrés dans le restaurant. La nourriture est bonne mais il serait important de rappeler au cuisinier de changer ses gants quand il change la poubelle, avant de retoucher la nourriture.

I think I've been here 20 times in 4 months, it's a problem lol. Staff is always super friendly & nice! it's the only burgers I want, the food is so consistently good & the prices are very fair. (Also my friend is vegetarian & she loves the veggie patty so it's got some good non meat options as well)

What more should I say about a place that serves complimentary popcorn before serving every customer. Did I mention they offer a 20% student discount Burger was so good I ordered another one Amazing service,staff are really nice & helpful They have the craziest sauces Bbq burger > any burger in the whole world Smashed potato's are iconic
