With a passion for restaurants and more than 30 years of experience in the food industry, Papa Elie and his son Ziad were able to create a unique family business: ZEEZ.
Ziad began his career at hospitality school and pursued a specialization in culinary arts at the Paul Bocuse Institute in France to later work in the most prestigious hotels and restaurants. Ziad is the creator of the ZEEZ menu and is responsible for quality assurance. Filled with energy and passion, you will always see him dedicated to providing the best customer service.
Papa Elie is a master of management and organization with an entrepreneurial career spanning more than 40 years. A pillar of the company, he always ensures that everything is in order and that the shift runs smoothly. In fact, you'll probably see him working on his computer at a ZEEZ table.

Food was good.. good price too..
However, we waited 20 MINUTES at the cash before someone even said hi to us or took our order.. yes 20 minutes..
After taking my order (with an attitude) it took them another 30 MINUTES to make 2 burgers.
sooo.. 50 minutes for 2 burgers? is wild.
yes, the staff was working hard, they were indeed very busy, but the issue is that they are SO understaffed.. there were only 2 people in the restaurant while the orders were piling up..
Since your business is doing well, & you are so busy, HIRE MORE PEOPLE & divide the responsibilities..
The cashier was making fries & flipping burgers, while the costumers were waiting at the cash.. don't be cheap on your staff.
NO place not matter how busy it is should need 50 minutes to make 2 burgers.. & no place should not even acknowledge the costumer when they walk in... cheers.

Accueil souriant & agréable. Service rapide pour du fait minute (10mn d'attente) mais il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde avant moi.
Les hamburgers & les frites étaient bons, mais trop gras pour moi mais j'y suis sensible, donc c'est subjectif.
Je conseille néanmoins d'essayer & de se faire son opinion.
Amazing crispy smash patties & the patate zeez is very filling & delicious, & if you're a student they have 20% discount it's really worth the price & its delicious

Une super découverte ! Un burger au poulet frit méga trop bon & un service remarquable! Merci à Sylvia pour son sourire & sa générosité. je reviendrais pour goûter le smash
Nous avons été accueilli avec des popcorns. C'était délicieux, mais très cochon. Nous avons commandez classique boeuf AAA avec des frites Zeez + protéine.
Pas de salle de bain malheureusement, à prévoir si jamais. Je vous conseil de vous déplacer en transport commun.

FOOD: I had the Mushroom Melt (tripple) smash burger & an order of the Zeez Potatoes w/crispy chicken pieces as a protein topping. The burger was juicy, flavorful & filling. The bun was OK/good but nothig special there. I'll give it an overall solid 8.5 out of 10. The Zeez potatoes though fell a bit short for me as it wasn't crispy at all, it had bits of a cut-up yellow processed cheddar cheese that was not melted on it & the'spicy' sauce has not kick nor was it'flavorful'. I'll give this an overall 6.5 (I'd recommend the smashed potatoes by itself though.
SERVICE:, the young lady serving was nice but it wasn't busy at the counter (we were there at 5:05) but I watched as my burger & potatoes orders were ready & just stood there for 6mins18seconds (on the counter) until I finally made eye-contact with here before she called me up to take my order (her priorities were incoming orders from online orders, I guess)..
ATMOSPHERE: Hard to judge as it wasn't super busy & it's really a small whole in the wall restaurant but I'll give it the 4 stars here since it serves its purpose & should not be dinged for it.
I'd definitely recommend the burgers -we were a party of 3 & we had 4 diff burgers & we enjoyed them all. I'd also recommend the fries only (not the poutine as I found the sauce lacking...but I did not go for their poutine anyways) & also recommend the smashed potatoes (not the Zees Potatoes with the sauce & protrin toppings..).
C'est le meilleur, smash burger que j'ai mangé dans toute ma vie , toujours la même qualité, vraiment le meilleur en ville ! Vous ne le regrettez pas , en fait vous allez regretter de ne pas être venu plutôt !! Top du top bravo à l'équipe zeez!!
Le burger chili & celui aux champignons étaient succulents! Frites tendres & croustillantes à souhait! Le service est rapide & l'ambiance chaleureuse, quoi demander de mieux! En dessert, le pouding de moka était divin. Le prix est très raisonnable par rapport à la quantité donnée & la qualité, ce qui est très rare de nos jours dans plusieurs restaurants/fast food. La mère du propriétaire était très aimable avec nous, un vrai rayon de soleil! ☀? C'était notre première expérience à cet endroit, mais pas la dernière! ✨😌 Courez à ce resto sans hésitation pour savourer un bon burger! 🍔
Très accueillant si vous aimez le style comptoir & un burger qui n'est pas sec. Si vous voulez un burger sans gras & pas d'odeur de cuisine ouverte, aller manger ailleurs
Our current go to burgers, the staff are always so kind & attentive no matter how busy it gets. The only thing is the place is so small, very limited seatings & it can get really cramped in there when it's busy. The house sauce is delicious. I recommend the spicy honey sauce if you get the onion rings, they pair so well together!
