With a passion for restaurants and more than 30 years of experience in the food industry, Papa Elie and his son Ziad were able to create a unique family business: ZEEZ.
Ziad began his career at hospitality school and pursued a specialization in culinary arts at the Paul Bocuse Institute in France to later work in the most prestigious hotels and restaurants. Ziad is the creator of the ZEEZ menu and is responsible for quality assurance. Filled with energy and passion, you will always see him dedicated to providing the best customer service.

The burger was super delicious. I would say its my favorite smash burger & def a lot cheaper than other spots in Montreal. The service was amazing as well, whoever worked the cash tonight made the experience 10x better. I would definitely go again!! The 20% student discount on top of a free burger after getting 4 is a great deal.

We had the Classic double beef , the chili crisp & BBQ beef burger & a smash potato . Highlight was defenetly the chili crisp & the potatos. I can't explain how crispy & yet super juicy the meat is , it's like no other smash burger out there . Absolutly delicious. & the smash potato fries was an awesome new way to have''fries'' , we loved it. I absolutly recommend. If you try the BBQ burger, I suggest you go with the crispy chicken instead of beef.. just a recommendation here ! Both were delicious but there was something about the chicken & the sweet BBQ sauce that just made it more special! Staff & service was also on point Merci Fanny & Allison xxx
I wouldn't classify this burger as a smash burger as it was quite big & missing the crispy edges around a thin beef patty. HOWEVER, it was a fantastic burger. I especially liked that it was not so greasy & had a perfect amount of sauce. The bun was soft & buttery. We also tried the zeez smash potatoes. Loaded with topics. Again, fantastic! Small casse-croûte with a few seats. Can get quite crowded but great for a quick bite.
So much flavour, great crust on the edge of the smash burger. Pretty simple nothing fancy but those who know simple done perfect ... know! Fresh beef, good fries some great sauces... need to fix that door for the winte

Tres bon smash burger!!! & très bon service . Nous avons pris un champignon avec la poutine & c était tres bon je vous le recommande.. nous sommes venus très tard a la fermeture mais le personnel était très aimable en nous proposant une carte de fidélité avec du pop corn gratuit on a vraiment apprécié!!!! & je sais que cette carte se remplira tres vite... A bientôt......
Absolutely delicious burgers & poutine! We got the Chili smash burger with fried smashed potatoes & the BBQ crunch wash burger with the classic poutine & everything was delicious! Plenty of parking around, good vibes inside though it's a bit cozy if you dine in!
Wait was pretty long but.. it was a Saturday night. It was my first smash burger experience & it's up there with the best burgers I've had. I'll for sure go back & won't mind the wait, it's worth it! There's not really any sitting space but I didn't mind because I had to run anyways!
Petit resto de smash burger sur le plateau avec environ 6 places assises au comptoir à l'intérieur. Le service était très agréable & courtois... Honnêtement ça fait du bien parce qu'à Montréal on trouve plus beaucoup de service! On a essayer le classique & le BBQ avec les smash potatoes & je vous conseille d'essayer leur moutarde qui est délicieuse! Petit bémol, la musique un peu trop forte & non nécessaire dans ce genre de petite place. Really enjoyed this place. Went with a friend. She got the Chili burger (which was recommended by the owner) & I went with the classic. I liked the simplicity of mine but the bite I sampled of my friend's had a nice, light hit of heat. Our burgers more juicy than crispy as you'd expect for a smash burger, but still tasty, so that's not a complaint. But just be aware. As a side we each ordered the smashed potatoes. They generally come with mustard sauce, but I got an extra spicy sauce, & my friend got an extra house sauce (offered at no charge). I would say my favourite was the mustard, spicy & then the house. All 3 were good, so go with your preference. We were offered a sample of the moka pudding (made in-house) which was excellent (assuming you like sweet things). The owner was super friendly & welcoming, which is rare for this type of place. The place is tiny, but they make the most of the space to offer seating. Oh & free (good quality) popcorn. We'll definitely be going back.
Là je te préviens, y a au moins 55% des gens qui vont lire ce commentaire qui en seront pas heureux. J'ai visité Zeez un vendredi soir après le travail parce que j'avais faim. Ça me semble une raison plutôt légitime. Première chose, les gens ici travaillent fort, je les envie pas du tout, entre les walkins & les commandes en ligne c'est sans arrêt, de la folie. Ça veut dire aussi que la fille qui prend les commandes est susceptible de t'ignorer un peu mais honnêtement je ne peux pas la blâmer, moi à sa place je serais étourdi & en larme. Tout mon respect pour eux. J'espère que le boss les paie bien & ne s'appuie pas sur les suggestions de pourboire grotesques. C'est pas un resto, c'est un comptoir pour commander, y a bien quelques tabourets le long des murs. En cas d'orage j'imagine. La musique est trop forte, la poubelle déborde sur un des comptoirs parce que tout le monde est blasté dans le jus. Mieux vaut manger dehors alors. Ça ne sera jamais un bon plan pour ta première date avec Sabrina Carpenter. Le petit pop corn offert c'est sympathique. J'ai commandé un burger classique avec extra sauce & un drink. Bon écoute, le burger est pas mauvais, juteux, les garnitures fraîches, tu vois sur la photo, j'ai presque une tranche de tomate. Le cornichon a le bon goût mais c'est pas de la folie de bonheur non plus. Disons que je cherche un peu la viande malgré les deux boulettes, c'est de la dentelle de viande peut-être? Pour vrai je la goûte mais .... & ce que je la goûte vraiment ? Les coins ont été tourné rond sur la petite protéine. Full disclosure, mon impression à première vu c'est qu'on est ici dans un exemple typique d'un hype exagéré MAIS j'ai vraiment pas essayé grand chose du menu. Ceci dit, j'aime bien voir des boulettes de viande dans mon burger, c'est la base par chez nous. Leur discrétion ici m'a un peu enlevé l'envie d'être curieux. Je ne crois pas faire un détour pour revenir manger ici dans le futur. Mais je ne suis pas scandalisé non plus. Y a des offres de smash plus agréables en ville. Attendons nous, ça reste meilleur que le menu du clown au cheveux rouge, sans doute, mais je ne comprends pas les grosses notes ici de 5 étoiles. Encore un fois ici, un bon mot pour le staff qui fait tourner le moulin a main nue.
