Ziad began his career at hospitality school and pursued a specialization in culinary arts at the Paul Bocuse Institute in France to later work in the most prestigious hotels and restaurants. Ziad is the creator of the ZEEZ menu and is responsible for quality assurance. Filled with energy and passion, you will always see him dedicated to providing the best customer service.
Papa Elie is a master of management and organization with an entrepreneurial career spanning more than 40 years. A pillar of the company, he always ensures that everything is in order and that the shift runs smoothly. In fact, you'll probably see him working on his computer at a ZEEZ table.

Je suis actuellement en vacances à Montréal & après avoir entendu parler de la réputation de Zeez Burger, je me devais d'y faire un tour. Situé dans une rue super stylée de la ville, le restaurant a parfaitement su répondre à mes attentes, & bien au-delà ! Franchement, je n'ai jamais mangé un burger aussi délicieux de toute ma vie ! Chaque bouchée était un vrai régal. Les ingrédients étaient ultra frais, le pain moelleux, & la cuisson de la viande était juste parfaite. C'est clairement un lieu incontournable pour les amateurs de burgers. En prime, pour goûter & partager notre avis, on nous a même offert un dessert. & là encore, c'était une explosion de saveurs. Je ne saurais trop recommander ce restaurant, tout était juste parfait. Zeez Burger a surpassé toutes mes attentes & j'ai tout simplement adoré !
Really enjoyed this place. Went with a friend. She got the Chili burger (which was recommended by the owner) & I went with the classic. I liked the simplicity of mine but the bite I sampled of my friend's had a nice, light hit of heat. Our burgers more juicy than crispy as you'd expect for a smash burger, but still tasty, so that's not a complaint. But just be aware. As a side we each ordered the smashed potatoes. They generally come with mustard sauce, but I got an extra spicy sauce, & my friend got an extra house sauce (offered at no charge). I would say my favourite was the mustard, spicy & then the house. All 3 were good, so go with your preference. We were offered a sample of the moka pudding (made in-house) which was excellent (assuming you like sweet things). The owner was super friendly & welcoming, which is rare for this type of place. The place is tiny, but they make the most of the space to offer seating. Oh & free (good quality) popcorn. We'll definitely be going back.
I don't understand the great reviews, I felt that the meal was extremely disappointing. The burger sauces were fine, but they use spring mix as lettuce & there was a soggy tomato in mine. Didn't love the meat either. Then I had a side of poutine & there was almost no gravy & I couldn't even tell if they used real cheese curds or mozzarella cheese. I did get it delivered but I live 4 min from the restaurant & it was made & delivered so quickly that I can't imagine it would have deteriorated that much. I do not recommend at all, there are way better smash burgers in the city.
Great people great food great service come here, please! 10/10 recommend. The sauces are out of this world. Free popcorn too! Staff was so kind & generous. Food was so filling could barely finish my plate. Insanely affordable as well. If you want a good burger go to Zeez.
I have tried zeez for a few times now & everytime I went I was impressed with how the staff is welcoming & kind, great customer service! They even give out popcorn while you wait for your burgers! I recommand the mushroom melt & the zeez potatoes! Real smash burgers that are cruspy & juicy at the same time! Perfection.
You cannot do better. Period. Excellent food, fast service & best prices. Portions are generous & it stays open late at night which makes it a perfect destination. We ordered two burgers (chili with vegetarian patty & classic), & a "zeez" smashed potatoes which is a specialty of the house. Honestly I never seen such a special & tasty item before in Montreal. The place is also run by amazing & welcoming people. Highly recommended.
As an American I can confidently say this is one of the best smash burgers I have ever had. The service was fast & the burger was the perfect size, & wasn't a mess at all. Would definitely recommended this place to anyone looking for a great burger.

ZEEZ. More like Zee best smashed burgers in all of Montreal. Burgers so good I could commit a crime just get a bite. Not that I would, it's just to highlight the addictive treat. Can never pass on their smashed meat. The sauces are outstanding, they will make you get up from your seat. Their service neat in this scorching heat, 12/10 would recommend this place for your next eat.

The owner is the sweetest human being. All the ingredients are fresh. The food was amazing, by far one of the best burger I've had in my life. Plus, there's a discount for students. I totally recommend if you go near the city center in Montreal.
