Ziad began his career at hospitality school and pursued a specialization in culinary arts at the Paul Bocuse Institute in France to later work in the most prestigious hotels and restaurants. Ziad is the creator of the ZEEZ menu and is responsible for quality assurance. Filled with energy and passion, you will always see him dedicated to providing the best customer service.
Papa Elie is a master of management and organization with an entrepreneurial career spanning more than 40 years. A pillar of the company, he always ensures that everything is in order and that the shift runs smoothly. In fact, you'll probably see him working on his computer at a ZEEZ table.

I had the mushroom smash burger & it was sooo good. Fries are excellent too they are battered style fries which are the best in my opinion. Overall great experience. Lady there was nice as well.

Very nice staff. Simple, yet perfect. I recommend the whole menu, but my favourite is the chilli burger. Their fries are really good as well. One of the best, I believe.
Excellent. Bon service pas long malgré le monde, bon smash bien rempli, je recommande. Portions de patates très généreuses & frites excellentes, pas molles, sauces super. On y est allés un peu au hasard en passant devant, au final on était super contents de notre choix. Tout ça à prix correct. Merci ZEEEEEZ
(Je précise pour les sensibles que c'est pas vraiment diététique, mais en même temps c'est un burger, on sait pourquoi on y va. Aussi la salle est toute petite, y faudra surement attendre un peu pour s'y asseoir aux heures d'achalandage ou prevoir à emporter. Cela n'altère en rien la qualité de leur cuisine)
Cute that u get a small bag of popcorn upfront. The cashier was a supernice lady that helped us ( tourists) really well, i took the smashed potatoes zeez abd the classic burger & both were FE-NO-ME-NAL
I ordered a BBQ burger, but the patties were so burned that I couldn't taste the meat. They also added way too much BBQ sauce-it was overly sweet. I didn't like it at all 🙁
Me & my friend really enjoyed our food here, probbsly one of the best smadh burgers if not the best i have ever eaten, the poutine is good as always & their smashed potatoes with their home sauce is an excellent combo, 100% will come back in the future
Un des meilleurs smashed burger en ville, le classique & le mushroom melt sont super bon. À conseillé. Dommage qu'ils n'ont pas de terrasse pas grand places à l'intérieur mais tant que la recette est bonne it's a must try! & pas oublié leur smashed potatoes

However, we waited 20 MINUTES at the cash before someone even said hi to us or took our order.. yes 20 minutes..
After taking my order (with an attitude) it took them another 30 MINUTES to make 2 burgers.
sooo.. 50 minutes for 2 burgers? is wild.
yes, the staff was working hard, they were indeed very busy, but the issue is that they are SO understaffed.. there were only 2 people in the restaurant while the orders were piling up..
Since your business is doing well, & you are so busy, HIRE MORE PEOPLE & divide the responsibilities..
The cashier was making fries & flipping burgers, while the costumers were waiting at the cash.. don't be cheap on your staff.
NO place not matter how busy it is should need 50 minutes to make 2 burgers.. & no place should not even acknowledge the costumer when they walk in... cheers.
