Wing Phat is a go to for many diners who praise its flavorful and varied Asian menu, generous portions, fast service, and consistently high quality that keeps guests coming back year after year. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are friendly and efficient, and the BYOB option adds value for large groups and celebrations. Reviews describe fresh, tasty dishes across a broad selection, with favorites such as noodle dishes, imperial rolls, soups, and seafood, all offered at prices that represent good value for the portion sizes. The restaurant is noted for its busy, lively vibe and clean, comfortable setting, making it a reliable staple for families, friends, and special occasions. While a few dishes are mentioned as occasionally uneven or pricey, the overall impression is one of dependability, generosity, and satisfying flavors that make Wing Phat stand out in Montreal's Asian dining scene.
It's a very popular place, always full of people eating inside & it seems they do a lot of delivery too. For the amount of people always eating here, the service is good enough (fast & not many questions asked) & the waiting time is not that bad. In my opionion, it's not super authentic food, I would say it's a mix of different types of Asian food adapted to the western taste, but I like several of the plates in their menu. The prices are a little excesive.

Have been coming for years & everything is fresh & delicious. Great vibe with friendly & professional staff. Prices are hi est for the quality & amount you get. I have no complaints & highly reccommend.
I have been there a few times over the past two years with a friend. The food is quite tasty, however, I find that they don't put a lot of meat in their dishes. A few months ago, they changed their prices for their bigger format of pho. Before, it was between 13 & 14$ for the large format. Now, it is over 20$ for the same pho for the large format. Also, they didn't advertise the price change very clearly in their menu. When my friend saw the bill, he was quite surprised & asked for information to the employee. As soon as he started asking questions about this, she pulled out the menu very fast as if a lot of people have complained about this specific pricing issue in the past. To us, the steep price change was not mentioned very clearly. She did not offer to get a smaller size of pho & refund the price difference. In our opinion, if a restaurant changes their prices in such a steep manner, they should make sure their customers are aware of it before paying. We will unfortunately not go there anymore because of this experience.
Ordered four dishes as usual for takeout & noticed the restaurant has increased their prices & cut down on the portions. Not a happy customer!! Will Never order from this restaurant again.

The Good: - Decent prices - Variety of menu options - Fast service The Not So Good: - Basic flavors that lacked finesse - Their general tao was one of their best selling was overwhelmingly sweet with thick sauce - Their noodles are overcooked
Amazing discovery. We got there at 5 (exceptionally early to be somewhere else after) it was already full! By the time we left at 6 there was a line up.
I got the #1 Fish & meat soup. My boyfriend got the Special Tonkinese. Both delicious! I love that the taxes are included in the price. Big portions i got a small & I was so full by the end. We also got a plate of crispy sesame beef. I love that the plate was only beef thats it. I dont care for rice. 2 soups + big plate of beef, 32$ tax inc. Amazing.
Cant wait to go back & try all the other things!
