Je commande depuis des années à cet endroit, ma famille & mes amis aussi. La nourriture est toujours bonne & chaude quand elle arrive. Cependant ce soir j'ai eu droit à un service à la clientèle absolument pourri d'un employé appelé Nick qui a pris ma commande. Nous sommes 3 & voulons une poutine familiale. Nous nous attendons à recevoir une très grosse poutine. Le livreur arrive, il y a une poutine de format régulière & une grand format. Bravo, erreur dans la commande !! Il appelle le magasin, explique qu'il y a erreur, le fameux Nick lui dit de me faire payer pour la plus grosse poutine. Je rappelle en disant que ce format est celui de la grosse poutine que nous prenons à deux habituellement. Il argumente, disant qu'elle est de 9 pouces au lieu de 8. Allô! Méchante différence, près de 4$ de plus pour ça. Malgré l'argumentation il a refusé de me laisser la poutine pour le prix de la grosse, ou toutes les poutines pour un prix réduit. Je l'ai même entendu dire à quelqu'un " Prend le téléphone, elle m'énerve " WOW !! Soyez assuré que demain, Monsieur Vincent aura droit à une méga-plainte. Quand un client n'est pas satisfait, on fait en sorte de sortir du cadre normal pour offrir quelque chose. Cet homme-là ne l'a pas compris. Il va savoir demain c'est quoi être énervé !!!
