Village Grec has been our go-to Greek restaurant for years. We were there tonight & the food was fresh & tasty but the prices have become outrageous. Every time we go, the prices increase substantially. I know prices are up everywhere, but this is ridiculous. We will probably go elsewhere next time we have a craving for Greek food.

I used to be a regular for their takeout gyros, but unfortunately, the last couple of times I've stopped by, the meat quality has been disappointing. The gyros had large, chewy chunks of meat, rather than the usual tender slices. I hope they can get their consistency back to where it used to be.

My go to Greek food spot whenever I'm in Laval.

Edited since 2019: the food is still incredibly good & consistent. Due to inflation, prices have increased & they no longer offer the option for a cheap lunch menu with dessert & coffee under 15$.
