VERTIGO are bistro-style restaurant-bars inspired by our two passions: travel and great food. Our fresh and varied menu will take you from Asia to the Mediterranean, or from Mexico to the West Coast of America, all while making you feel as if you’re right at home. With our wide selection of local and imported beer, artisanal liqueurs and even regional wines, Québec remains firmly at the center of this culinary voyage.

Mon chum & moi avons été très très surpris. On y a été all in comme on dis, entrée, repas & dessert. Chaque repas choisi étaient délicieux.

Le saumon au miso & la crème brûlée UN DELICE.

On vas y retourner c'est assuré ! ❤

Les entrées étaient ok mais pas wow (le thon semblait du thon en conserve...)
Erreur dans l'assiette de ma femme; son saumon était ok, peu de saveur. Nos légumes en accompagnement étaient encore un peu croquants (peut être qu'ils les servent toujours comme ça mais moi je préfère cuits).
Mon filet mignon devait être médium saignant mais il était médium bien; je l'ai indiqué au serveur dans le but d'un commentaire constructif pour le chef, il m'a plutôt dit que selon lui la cuisson était correcte (sans y avoir goûté!).
Finalement le serveur n'avait d'yeux que pour ma femme, plusieurs fois il s'adressait à elle comme si j'étais pas là! On en a ri mais quand même pas très professionnel...

Service manque de fluidité soit pour Apéro, le vin & le café, la,serveuse sympathique mais je crois débutante oublié le vin ,& de demander à mon conjoint ce qu'il veut comme entrée ! Sinon le Mac & boeuf aurait besoin d'être revisitée seulement 1 cube de boeuf brisé dans le plat ! Les pâtes,aux saumons étaient délicieuse, le tartare de boeuf, la soupe à l'oignon très bonne !!! Le gâteau aux carottes décadent super bon !!! Je crois qu'avec un peu de rodage ce resto sera super !!! Nous y retournerons quand même !!!

Le restaurant perd un étoile car nous avons commandé le plateau Orgie de Tartare (7) pour 90.00$ ... & les tartares étaient sans saveur, surtout ceux au saumon.
