Nous avions réservés pour 18 personnes pour l'anniversaire de 2 amis à 17h00. À 18h15 nous avons reçu notre repas principal. On nous a dit que la table était réservée pour 19h pour un autre groupe. Le groupe de 19h s'impatientait derrière nous, on ne nous avait même pas desservi ni offert un dessert. Ils n'ont pas offert un drink au groupe de 19h pour patienter. De plus, ils nous ont fait assoir ailleurs, à une banquette pour le dessert avec du café froid (nous n'avions pas de place assise pour tous, certains ont quittés à ce moment). Ils se sont excusés, mais de mon point de vue, le minimum aurait été d'offrir le dessert & café gratuit aux 2 fêtés. Sérieusement, on voit que leur priorité est de fitter le plus de clients dans le resto pour faire du profit au lieu de bien servir ceux qui y sont afin qu'ils reviennent. Pour nous, le Vertigo c'est un gros NON pour les prochaines fois.
Service was below par. Food isn't spectacular but similar to every restaurant in Faubourg. Came on Super Bowl night. Place was relatively quiet but yet no greeting at the door, got an interesting stare down instead. Waitress seemed annoyed by our presence, lack of customer service mixed in with poor courtesy. Drinks forgotten, delays for orders, missing necessities (water, napkins). Not sure if it was a bad combo (front lady & waitress), but both gave me no reason to come back & therefore would not recommend. Shoutout to the ONE waiter who offered to help with my stroller (large group was sitting in front of washroom). Proactiveness & common sense, amazing but rare skills these days.

Mais quel restaurant ! Sublime Nous avions réservé pour un groupe de 100 personnes. Tout a été parfait du début à la fin. La nourriture exquise, le service était A1. L'ambiance à la fête. Le vertigo Boisbriand, était déjà mon resto préféré pour une sortie entre amis. Mais là, ils ont comblé toute mes attentes. Merci énormément. Stéphanie Morin
La seule chose que j'ai à dire c'est que je trouvais la musique un peu forte pendant le souper, mais autrement niveau nourriture, service & ambiance tout était parfait !
Bon service & atmosphère festive. J'ai mangé un tartare de boeuf classique & j'ai beaucoup aimé. Il manquait peut être un peu de croûtons mais c'est tout. Les prix sont aussi raisonnables.
Nous sommes allés pour la première fois en pleine après-midi & nous avons été bien servi. Pris quelques entrées tout était très bon & surtout le dessert gâteau au fromage & carotte, un délice!! Nous reviendrons à l'heure du souper pour l'ambiance assurément.
Marianne nous a fait vivre une expérience hors pair c était ma 1ere fois & j y retournai c est certain !! Je recommanderai le service de Marianne si bar a tous mes contacts

Nous avions une personne coeliaque avec nous , la serveuse l'a gentiment guidé dans les choix possibles de leur menu! De plus elle est revenue nous voir pour dire qu'il y avait du gluten dans la sauce teriyaki du plat , le chef super alerte d'avoir remarquer ça! Vraiment bravo à toute l'équipe!! Nourriture & drink excellent!
