Ceci était notre 2e expérience. La première était 4.5 étoiles. Ce soir, je ne croyais pas mon conjoint quand il m'a dit qu'il avait commandé au même endroit. Les rouleaux étaient mal formés. Ils ne contenaient que quelques petits morceaux de poissons, beaucoup de riz/tempura & goberge. Quelle déception!

Depuis plusieurs années & encore en 2025, chaque bouchée est un arc-en-ciel de saveurs, délicatement épicé, choisies soigneusement, selon moi, il est le meilleur à tous égards. Assurez-vous de biens avoir laver vos mains avant de manger car vous vous lècherez les doigts après chaque mets, c'est certain. Menu dégustation Jean M
