Je suis venu le 2 juin 2026 à 14 h 51 &, dès mon arrivée à la caisse, l'accueil a été très décevant.

Le caissier ne semblait pas du tout accueillant ni souriant. On avait vraiment l'impression qu'il n'avait pas envie de prendre notre commande, ce qui a rendu l'expérience désagréable dès le départ.

Après avoir commandé, nous avons dû aller récupérer notre repas nous-mêmes. Ce n'était pas ce à quoi nous nous attendions & cela a ajouté à notre déception.

En plus de cela, la nourriture n'était pas aussi bonne que d'habitude. La qualité semblait avoir baissé par rapport à mes visites précédentes, ce qui est dommage.

Un simple sourire, un meilleur accueil & une qualité plus constante auraient fait toute la différence. Malheureusement, cette expérience ne m'a pas donné envie de revenir.

Amazing experience at Uncle Potato! The food was fresh & delicious, & the customer service was even better. Ali was super friendly, welcoming, & made sure everything was perfect. You can tell they really care about their customers here. Definitely coming back!

My rating is not based on the quality of the food. As an Uber Eats driver, I've noticed that this restaurant is consistently late in preparing delivery orders. The repeated delays create a frustrating experience for both customers & drivers.

Lors de ma première visite, la femme au comptoir n'était pas du tout accueillante. Son attitude m'a donné l'impression que le service à la clientèle n'était pas une priorité ce jour-là. Cela dit, le sandwich était tout de même de moyenne qualité & a partiellement compensé cette première impression mitigée.
