First time at Typhoon. Cool spot with an amazing vibe. Philip's service was top-notch, professional, friendly, & attentive the whole time. Highly recommend.

The selection of music is top notch, the vibe is awesome & their bartender Erin is the GOAT. I went out tonight after a long time of not socializing & she made me feel welcome & seen as a human being. She didn't do anything special but she was just a really cool individual to kick it with even if just for a few seconds here & there. Great place for a solo night out & comfy enough to take a date, would definitely visit again sometime in the future!

Amazing service from Philip. He was really attentive, with a really nice attitude, smiling & making us feel welcome. The place has a good vibe, perfect to watch the match & stay after to get some beers & snacks. Definitely recommended.

We went on a Tuesday night this week & the waitress was kind enough to seat us at their vip seating. Drinks were strong & service was honestly great, I found the food below average only because the tacos were SOOO cold! We'll definitely come back again for drinks, the overall vibe (lighting & everything) was cozy

I've gone to Typhoon a few times, most recently in February on a Friday evening with friends, & the vibes were good: the music & lighting were perfect for an intimate round of pints & conversation. Prices were fair, & the draft selection was adequate. The service was quick & friendly, & overall we enjoyed ourselves.

The food was a little disappointing. While the prices & portions were fine, the quality was underwhelming.

I like Typhoon for a satisfying pint & fun times with friends, & it's a solid neighbourhood bar overall.

Super friendly staff. Great late night eats as well. Nice quiet neighborhood, not quite your standard local bar, but not a trendy hot spot either. It's just a quaint lil bar on monkland. Does a bit of the late night party vibe going. Ask for Steven or Maitei the two best

The service from the usual barmaid is always perfect & polite, the blond on the other hand was very rude, sassy & arrogant. Overall atmosphere is excellent but her attitude ruined the vibe & her tip was not deserved. Also she couldn't wait until i was gone to go tell all her colleagues & boss that I didn't leave a tip. Although if I would have known the tip was going to everyone & not just to her I would have left a tip.
